The location is perfect - in the city center where all the shops, restaurants and main squares with the markets are. There is also a supermarket right downstairs which is very convenient. 15 minute walk from the train station. The studio was spacious and clean, equipped with a strong AC to have a good night’s sleep during the heat. Our studio was on the back side of the building, so it was quiet. Simply decorated, maybe some art on the wall in the room/hallway would give it some character! Check-in is through a machine at the entrance, easy and straightforward. It is great that you can leave your bags before check-in and after check-out in a separate room (lockers with key).

In suite 8, the kitchen power socket needs to be repaired as it is quite loose and could be dangerous for users. The charge of 20 euros per day for the use of the washing machine is quite excessive.

The digital check in procedures are fine. I suspect for those who are less digital capable may find some difficulties checking in. Instead of using the picture of a key, I suggest the word "pin code" or "key code" be used. The picture of a key suggest you need a physical key to enter. Having the supermarket just next door is brilliant.

The fact that there is no one who answered the phone to direct you or help in any way is very disturbing. We booked 1 hr before check in time and the instructions how to check in didn't arrive on time. Meanwhile, no one answered the phone or WhatsApp and we had 1 hr of doubt if it's a real place or a scam. Eventually, the instructions arrived and we did the online registration. Another problem is the parking which is very far away and the last problem was the fact that the water pressure was very very low, almost impossible to take a shower and no one to speak with about it. So for me, very bad experience with this place.

The online check in system is amazing, all automated. The location is perfect in the middle of the old city.

Erik Langer is the best place to stay in Padova! For us is the third time that we stay there and trust me there is no place like that in all Padova! It is very clean, you can find everything that u need during your time there. To not talk for the location, in the center of the center!

The check-out before 10 am is a bit early it should be extended to 11am or noon. Although there is an excellent option to store your luggage in the lockers they have for this, that was very useful!

The check-in process is very easy and it is totally automated, you get clear instruction at the moment of the reservation. The communication is very good on their Whatsapp number, they respond quickly to any questions.

First, the location: great place, but in pedestrian area, and closest car park more than one km away. Not comfortable with luggage. And also, main door to street downstairs did not close properly, host was informed at about 21.00, and the following morning it was still open for anybody who wanted to go in. A bit of a safety risk. It was a Sunday, granted, but there should be an emergency service to solve those issues, especially considering luggage lockers in first floor.

Very centrally located, supermarket next door, very clean and well-kept. Asked for half an hour late checkout for an online meeting and host said ok almost immediately. Very convenient luggage lockers for day of departure.

Ridiculous they expect their guests to take out the trash and walk two blocks to throw it out. Check in process is also horrible as you have to type in all of your information (passport, address, guest names, etc) in the check in machine.

Check in was ok but we never stayed in a Hotel with codes, so we were a bit confused about the check out and if we could just leave or needed to leave a message, the reply i got was a bit late but in the end it was fine to just leave before check out time.

It’s fine if you just need a home base for exploring. However, it felt slightly too clinical or functional inside the room. While modern and clean, the photos made it look slightly more luxurious than it felt.

In the booking I thought that we were about to get a different room with 2 bathrooms, but we got just 1. It was probably my fault though.

It was a large room with a lot of space. It was nicely cleaned. The kitchen was well equipped. Checking-in was made on a kiosk, so it was very easy.

Noise emitted from what seems like refrigeration/air conditioning equipment installed externally in the area of our bedroom window. The equipment switches on and off intermittently and is annoying during the silence of the night. I had to sleep with earplugs.

The apartments are very central and in a pleasant area, one of the best in the city centre. All sightseeing venues are within easy walking distances.
