Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Spacious room with a beautiful ceiling. Welll equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, a comfortable bed, and excellent linen. Great location with most points of interest within a 15-minute walk.

United KingdomA few cockroaches seen... but I guess this is hard to avoid as the building is old and the apartment is on the ground floor. Check in - just a few hours window and until 7PM, which is too early.
Good location, walking distance to everything. Nice little flat with everything you need already provided ( linen, cutlery, even some water in the fridge, washing machine in the bathroom ). Quiet and relaxing with good Air conditioning. The young man who checked us in was extremely polite and helpful, giving us lots of good information about the city, places to visit, good restaurants, etc.

NetherlandsNo outside space (via Duomo 10) but you are in the middle of the old city with everything on hand which you may expect from Verona.
We had a verry warm welcome with lots of instructions and tips where to go. The appartment is very clean and has all equipment. You get what's promised. Ideally suited for a short week stay in a lovely town. If you go by car just leave it parked during your stay, you will not miss it 😀. Everything is around the corner (baker, supermarket, very, very good fresh pasta store, butcher) for normal living and everything is also around the corner for drinking and eating outside if you like easy living.

AustriaThe apartment advertised a lift, but I was unaware that there were a small flight of stairs before you get to the lift. We had three rooms but received two sets of keys, which isn't too bad, just needed some planning. The rooms were also carpeted so it can feel a little dusty. There is a dryer and whirlpool tub in the apartment but those do not work. Everything was perfect for what we needed though.
The location was great, and downstairs was a really nice small coffee place. The area is very central and the apartment is very beautiful. The windows overlook the river and the balcony was also handy for drying out towels. The apartment had AC, the kitchen was well stocked, and the staff were very helpful. We managed to get parking booked with the owner of the apartment, and that costed €25/night. The garage to park the car is very close to the apartment and right in front of the entrance there is a loading zone.

The apartment offered all conveniences. Full kitchen, WM, large rooms and quiet surroundings. Indeed very comfortable. Centrally located to walk to numerous tourist places, near the river and as always a selection of restaurants including the best pasta shop next door. Thank you also for the welcoming cakes left as we arrived. A special touch.

United KingdomI would have suggested extended free check-in facility to accommodate flights from London. 7pm cut-off looks too early. Adding proper bottled shampoo and shower gel would have been nice, too. That said, a five minute morning stroll to the nearest Conad is not a problem at all.
The location is great, very close to everything you'd want to see or visit in Verona. The apartment is a part of the very old building with great character.
