The heat pump controller was not working and was not replaced during our stay. It was little warm at night without the air conditioning.

The best accommodation place we have experienced in Italy in the last 4 places where we have stayed. We were met on time and introduced to our accommodation. The apartment offered all conveniences. Full kitchen, WM, large rooms and quiet surroundings. Indeed very comfortable. Centrally located to walk to numerous tourist places, near the river and as always a selection of restaurants including the best pasta shop next door. Thank you also for the welcoming cakes left as we arrived. A special touch.

What a great place - the online pictures don't do it justice. So central to everything in the Centro Storico and great recommendations for places to eat. I'd definitely stay here if I'm back in Verona. Thank you Lucia and Gaia 😀

I would have suggested extended free check-in facility to accommodate flights from London. 7pm cut-off looks too early. Adding proper bottled shampoo and shower gel would have been nice, too. That said, a five minute morning stroll to the nearest Conad is not a problem at all.

The location is great, very close to everything you'd want to see or visit in Verona. The apartment is a part of the very old building with great character.

A bit hard connecting with the host and coming by car was a bit tricky maneuvering through town and parking is not close by.

Location and space. We loved the location-quieter area but we could walk everywhere from the arena to across the bridge and Roman ruins. The spaciousness of having two room and two bathrooms was a nice break from our other hotels. Kitchen with all we needed and a washing machine made life easier for our travels.

Great location and a lovely apartment. I'd love to live in an apartment like this. I mainly spent my days in Verona walking around, but I had some work to do, and the apartment was comfortable, too. Who received me at the apartment was super friendly, too. She explained everything and gave me great recommendations.

Nothing much really.

We stayed here for a week. Spacious and comfortable sitting area, with views from three sides, looking over the local rooftops, and to the Sanctuary on the hill across the river. Kitchen is compact but we weren't using it much anyway. Bedroom is spacious, with plenty of storage space, and more space in the landing outside. Bathroom was very nice, though could benefit from some hooks, and a tray in the shower. Location is excellent, being quiet, but just two minutes from Piazza Erbe. Bit of a trek to the station, which we used often, but that was our compromise and we understood that when we booked. Didn't have need for air con or heating so can't comment on those. WiFi was good.

Notice that the location presented in booking isn't correct. It says "different locations", and the apartment we took is not in the place it says in booking. It was very close to the old city, perfect location, but not as presented.

The apartment is huge, we traveled with 2 babies and had quiet in the house even if one was crying. The host was very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect - close to everything but quiet. The view from the window is amazing (attached photo)

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Our host was exceptional, she met us at the property and spent a good 20 minutes showing us her favourite spots to eat, drink and visit on a map. The room was exactly as shown in photos - clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very good and the room even came with a fridge to store drinks. The balcony was also amazing and gave us an amazing view of the city below. The locational was exceptional, literally right in the middle of the city and about a five second walk from the Romeo and Juliet balcony. Although we were in a busy part of the city, the soundproofing in the room was amazing and we had no noise problems at all. We would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again ourselves.
