lift was a little difficult to get to. the staff were helpful and polite but not as friendly as we had grown accustomed to on our other stays before reaching Rome.

The building is beautiful internall devor is elegant and luxurious and the closeness to Piazza Navona was great

Staff at the rooftop bar not the friendliest.

Restaurant was amazing and the view was spectacular. Rooftop bar was nice as well and location was perfect for us.

Breakfast was basic but good and a fantastic outside area overlooking Piazza Navone. Great location & setting we were sorry we had to leave before the hotel and Piazza tour on a Friday. Superb roof top terrace but you must book even if you are a resident.

The breakfast spread was pretty basic (excluding the pastries). Would have appreciated if they offered eggs your way on order.

The location was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

In the late evening it was fairly noisy outside, but not enough to keep us awake.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. It had easy access to a vibrant area with restaurants and shops.

Location, location, location. It was in the heart of the city and walking distance to everything. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff was courteous and personable.

We had no heating in the room, system was ´off’ according to staff. Which was cruel as temperatures where between 4 - 11 °C

Couldn't get a seat on the rooftop bar. And this is going to sound dumb but the property is almost too nice.....If looking for that old world Rome boutique style hotel this isn't it but it is an absolutely beautifully done property, just reminded me of New York a little too much.

The hotel is gorgeous, modern renovation to mimic classic rome style as close as possible Breakfast was great and facilities were absolutely fantastic. Incredible location right at the Piazza Novona.

Great location, very clean, beautiful interior and very friendly and helpful staff who always had smiles on their faces and couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. The rooftop bar serve great drinks (with an amazing view of the city) and the breakfast was delicious.

I stayed in a double room, which from the pictures looked fairly spacious, however, this is deceiving and the room/living space was small. It was a special birthday for my Mum and this was very disappointing. There was no view which I’m sure other double rooms were facing the Piazza Navona.

The building was amazing as it’s from the renaissance but has been renovated to what it is a beautiful property with an exceptional rooftop bar with spectacular 360 view of Rome. The rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was lovely.

The negative reviews I read online. I don’t think these people even stayed at the same hotel!

The location was second to none. The front desk staff was helpful and professional and courteous. We got in early. Room not ready. Felt like my luggage was very safe in the hotel while we went exploring and waiting for check in time. There was always a guard at the entrance. Loved getting to stay in a palace! Room was comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, on the rooftop patio or inside. Hotel was wonderful as they helped us recover a lost item. The restaurants on the street of the hotel entrance was some of the best food I’ve ever had. I read a lot of reviews and was very careful where I booked our stay. This hotel did have some bad reviews over the years but I have to tell you, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY! I have zero criticisms to say about this property. This is where I will stay when I return to Rome. Rooftop bar had breathtaking views in every direction! It’s downtown Rome. Expect some noise late at night or in the morning if you keep your windows open. Not every room has a view of the piazza but every room has a view of the rooftop skyline of beautiful Rome.

Everything was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to help, I was extremely impressed. Room was amazing and so clean. Breakfast was delicious and the roof top bar was beautiful.

1. Bar upstairs closes early. However, there's plenty of Restaurant Bar around the hotel as an option.

1. Location was at the centre. 25mins walk to the Vatican City. Close to Pantheon. 2. Bus stops was a minute or two walking distance from the hotel 3. Staff were very helpful. Shout out to Jobert & Roland who assist us more than we expected. 4. Room is very clean.
