Slightly odd to have to take 16 steps up from the door to actually access the bedroom. Balcony had very high walls.

This place was amazing. The views are beautiful and the interior is really well decorated. The staff are very helpful, it’s central, has underground parking, and the breakfast is fantastic. I travel a lot and this is one of the better ones.

We stayed in the last week of May, weather is still cold but no heating in the room or hotel did not switch on, we felt little bit cold at night.

One room couldn’t be split into 2 singles which was disappointing but coped with made up day bed. One room sky box not working but after skiing and eating out who really cares!! A/c controlled centrally and turned off for emissions reduction in spring. WiFi was a real problem with difficult/absent connection but bank holiday weekend and hotel waiting for telecoms engineer - our sympathies rather than frustration! Parking in underground garage is extra.

Perfectly located for ski slopes, for old town, for choice of restaurants. Comfortable room with all the necessities plus thick dressing gowns. Fabulous breakfast open from 0730 until 11! Evening bar if desired. No dinner suited us and meant hotel focused on bed, breakfast and service. And there’s a sauna and steam room (extra charge).

Excellent location in between the city center and the ski lifts. Modern ambience and excellent personnel. The breakfast was great. Best eggs and bacon ever tasted and a vast selection of sweets.

The WiFi was a bit patchy at times. Heating was a bit high for a comfortable sleep but was able to open up the windows to let some fresh air in.

The heating systems in the room was a little tricky to set for our preferences.

Spacious modern rooms, proximity to the ski lift, the Eden hotel team was super nice and helpful with their local recommendations. Wellness room is great and was almost always available during our stay. Make sure you book Bormio Terme through hotel to get a discount.

The dining area was on first floor with no washing facilities, we had to walk upstairs to the bathroom every time we needed to wash something small.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the ski lift and also super close to Bormio center, restaurants, shops etc. Very modern and luxurious place, with nice combination of wood and stone. Polite, friendly and supportive staff. Excellent service and very clean as well.

On the other hand, the breakfast team seems less cheerful, possibly due to the morning rush and the stress of ensuring everything operates smoothly.

The rooms are spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a couch, ideal for families with children. The large bathrooms were perfect for enjoying long, hot baths. However, the sauna service is quite pricey at 50 euros. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming, reflecting the pleasant demeanor often associated with Italian hospitality.

My airline cancelled my flight 16 hours before I was due to travel. I was aware that my cancellation period with Eden had expired, I did however message hotel straight away to let them know I would not be arriving. I received a reply stating no payment would be taken as these things happen. Big recommendation for Eden’s above and beyond personal service

The room was a bit coldish but still ok.

The hotel is very cosy, the rooms are spacious and is located close to town and close to the cable car that takes you to the pistes. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of fruit, eggs, bread, cakes, great coffee and more. Underground parking is very convenient with access to the ski room where equipment can be put into lockers. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful in finding good restaurants that serve local food. Attractive price-performance.

EDEN HOTEL may be cleanest hotel in the world 😁 It was a perfect stay. Breakfast was amazing. Location is also perfect. Parking area is useful and has easy access to the room.
