The layout of the garden apartment I shared with a friend meant that one of us had to walk past the other’s bed to get to the bathroom. This is not ideal for women ‘of a certain age’ who need to use the bathroom during the night. We had hoped to be able to have breakfast outside (and it looked like we could on the website) but we were told that was not possible. Eating breakfast outside is one of my favourite things to do on holiday so that was a little disappointing. The shower kept running hot and cold which was a little frustrating.

The location is superb and it was extremely clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. There was plenty of choice at breakfast.

- We’d got upgraded to superior double room…suppose to have seaview or gardenview but turn out a room in the back with valet parking view. - Bathroom is really small hardly space for toiletries bag.

It is what it is. It's an old hotel in a modern world but that's what makes it charming.

You can tell she was a gem back in the day but it is a little older now by most standards but it's still very charming. Location-wise it's 2 two-minute walk from the beach you literally walk out the front door and take a right and you are standing on the beach. Breakfast is a big buffet with so much to choose from. It's served in this nice garden area.

Aircon in rooms could be better; access to the pool before 9am would also be good for those who like an early morning swim.

It was great, the team is amazing, friendly, highly efficient. I asked them for a restaurant and they gave me the best advice, I couldn’t get a taxi to go to station and they sort me out and drove me so I could get my train . Ottimo💕Grazie

I had a beautiful room with a terrace which was amazing. Also appreciated the pool and the other wellness services. Breakfast was really nice and they were even able to get me vegan alternatives which was a great bonus. On the day of departure I left very early and got a little bag with breakfast to go from the super friendly staff.

The staff was very helpful, great hospitality! The hotel itself was located perfectly on the peninsula end of the tombolo, easy to walk around in the city centre and to go to both beaches. The rooms were wonderful, charming stairs brings you around. Great breakfast buffet, restaurant and bar. Everything was perfect!

Parking is priced at 25 euros, and the wifi, although the hotel is lovely, was disappointingly slow.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed a delightful dinner at the restaurant. The location was ideal for exploring Sestri Levante.

The rooms were not sound-proof.

Very kind staff who accomodated every request, terrific location 20 meters away from the Silence Bay. The property is old-fashioned but still in good shape. I traveled alone and felt very safe.

Parking is always tricky in Italy and expect to pay in a hotel of this nature.

One of the perfectly positioned Sestri hotels offering all that you needed for some luxury and romance. Wife enjoyed the breakfast as they offered foccacia in a grande style room. Lovely vistas and internal rooms. Sea water indoor pool and just next to the bay of silence.
