Nothing; it was just perfect

Certainly one of the most beautiful places we've been to our entire life! The resort is just too beautiful. The park and the pathway to the lake with mountain view is surreal. We also enjoyed all the facilities. Our daughter particularly had a great time in the indoor pool, and also the kids club. Everyone was so friendly, especially with kids. We were sad to leave, and already look forward to coming back.

Kids everywhere. Noisy restaurant because of kids. I couldn’t relax in either of the pools even once during a 4-night stay as there were kids jumping into the pools, splashing water and ruining the otherwise perfectly peaceful environment that’s meant to be for wellness. The price paid for a spa hotel and a luxury room means it was disappointing.

The are a pit small. The toilet need to improve the ventilation.

Every thing , the area, park, the veiw Clean, nice, safe, comfortable, and i would come again in the bungalow. The 2nd and 3rd rooms in superior bungalows, have twin beds that can be separated.

I didn’t experience this but my friend went to go to the spa in her robe and suit before the rest of us woke up, but it wasn’t open yet. She then walked to the breakfast place because it was close by and the staff said she could sit down. They then let her sit there for a while before telling her she had to leave because she wasn’t dressed appropriately, which is fair but they should have told her that at the beginning before letting her sit down and she would have happily obliged. She ended up coming back and changing and we went back and had a great breakfast, so by no means did it ruin our stay :)

The poolside views unmatched, dinner/breakfast was great and spa was wonderful! Our bungalow was perfect for our group. The staff that helped bring our bags to and from our bungalow were great. We stayed for one night sadly, but they let us stay and enjoy the amenities for as long as we liked the next day. Added bonus of a surprise firework show the night we happened to stay there! Wish we could have spent the week!

AC was off, but it is a huge problem as soundproofing in this hotel is on -200 level. You can hear everyone and everything, and unfortunately it much interrupts your stay Also we were not lucky with neighbors, loud noises at night, but staff was helpful here as well We will definitely come back!

The location is spectacular as well as the surroundings! Excellent breakfast with wide variety of choice and a la carte options 👌🏻 The staff at reception is welcoming and very helpful, special thanks to John (hope the name is correct), the guy who helped with the luggage at check in and check out A lot to do: spa, restaurants, golf, sports, swimming pool, lounge bar Shopping mall near by, so everything is close enough The room was comfy and clean

Deluxe Room was very plain. It had a fridge and a kettle and instant coffee😬. This, in Italy the home of coffee ! I had to beg for a coffee machine which to be fair they eventually provided.. The air con was turned off throughout the whole hotel as it was past 1st October !!This meant the room got VERY warm at night. We couldn’t sleep with the patio door open due to the guest next door chain smoking on his balcony late at night and early in the am. Pillows either too thin or very lumpy. Disappointing from our pov and would seriously make me think twice about staying there again despite all the positives. The spa staff (excellent btw) are aware that “everyone says this” about the rooms. Paper cups in the bathroom made the place feel cheap. What wrong with glass ? Deluxe ? Not from this travellers point of view…

We had basically no complaints. The rooms in our particular building were not the most modern, but it seems like the main hotel building and other buildings are much more modern. Even with that being said, our room was great.

Breakfast is incredible. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The resort facilities are fantastic. We used all 3 of the pools, the saunas, hot tub, gym. There bars are also good though we did not use the restaurants (aside from breakfast) so I cannot comment on them. All in all, this is a fantastic resort while maintaining some Italian charm and we would highly recommend it as THE place to stay when in Riva del Garda.
