Stairs to get to room especially with luggage and bathroom mirror too high had to stand on my toes to see my face.

Overall, it was clean and cozy, but there was black mold on the shower hose and in the corners of the bathroom.

I really liked this place. The interior is vintage, with wooden furniture and very interesting decor. It's almost in the very center, just a 10-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The manager, Ron, was very kind and proactive. I highly recommend this place.

Location of the apartment is perfect, close to all the main attractions, upscale shops and restaurants. The interior is pleasant with good size rooms and complimentary refreshments in the mini fridge. Simona provided great advice regarding what to see and arranged for a car pick up to and from the airport. She also recommended a great restaurant in front of the Pantheon where we received a very distinct service and good food – as well as a discount as guests of this apartment. We normally prefer a hotel stay when traveling with our child, but at location this central and at this price point this is the best possible value for money. The very traditional Bar Frattina just on the right of the apartment has great coffee, ice cream and drinks.

For me nothing, everything was good.

Everything, i received clear instructions of everything. The staff was really nice and Simona is a nice host. I feel so grateful for all she did for me. If i ever come back to Rome i will definitely book here again. Also it’s pretty close from the Piazza Espagne and from the Fontana di Trevi and the Pantheon. The location is great and pretty quiet in the night. They offer a breakfast for 7euros extra and they left me a mini bar filled with things for free.

The location and set up of the apartments were perfect for our multigenerational family. Simone was super helpful and welcoming, arranging car service and restaurant reservations. She was so lovely as was her property. Highly recommend!

That I could not stay longer in Rome in this hotel (note: I lived in Rome before for 2 years and before that used many hotels).

The room had its own character, very clean and spacious. The location is excellent. Simona the manager contacted as soon as I booked the room to make sure that whatever I needed could be arranged. She was there to check me in even late in the evening and guided be to make it easy for me to get in. Minibar was for free which is a really nice as it was very hot in Rome. I had various meetings for work and Simona was very flexible to arrange my check out according to my schedule. I will be back for sure!

Shower is tiny. It was okay for me. But maybe it can be important for someone. So i wanted to write it down.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. There is soft drinks and alcohol at the mini bar and they are free. The hotel is only 2 min to the piazza spagna. After return from exploring rome, you can find beatiful restaurants at same street. You can take away your pizzas from the one of the restaurants and cold beer from the mini bar and enjoy at the balcony. And they are very helpful.

There is no elevator (it is a 4 story walk up).

This was an outstanding place. It was really easy to reach, in a secure and popular neighbourhood. All the places we wanted to visit was really close by. Our host Simona really helped us with all our questions and she had really good advice and tips as well. We loved the place, i would certainly recommend.

Simona was the best host ever! This was my first time in Rome and she spent at least 1 hour with us upon arrival pinpointing all main attractions on the map. Beers and water at the minibar were some of her treats and it was all included in our stay. In the last day, she walked us to the taxi stop and made sure to instruct (in italian) the taxi driver to drop us at the right spot..couldn't be better!! And the location was nothing but ideal! Thank you Simona so much!!

The room is quite small and going up and down stairs with no elevator with a suitcase was not favorable. But I made it work! I forgot that it is an old city and so are the accommodations.

The location was excellent and I felt very safe. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. I slept with the window open most nights. I was there for a few nights before I boarded my cruise ship.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Close to everything, no more than a 30 minute walk to everything. Comfortable. Wonderful host. Lots of information on offer. Lovely shower, fridge for cold drinks, lovely heavy curtains for a bit of a lay in!

The double room was smaller than appeared on the photos. Still good for two nights as you only really sleep there. Although bed was comfy, a bed with a foot end not suitable for taller people. Was a bit confused as the website said "breakfast in the room" and when asked she said they do not provide breakfast. She did however bring croissants with the kettle the next morning.

Simona was an exceptional host - helping and giving advice. Easy to communicate with over WA. No kettle in the room (only coffee machine)when we arrived, but upon request she provided one with milk next morning.
