Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Switzerlandfacility is quite old, furniture is old style and room has a pungent smell of old carpet, though it doesn’t annoy you but doesn’t give pleasant feeling either , beds are not comfortable, no smart tv, breakfast was average with long waiting for tables and coffee

United KingdomThe location was ok but not in the place where all the main tourist attractions are. if you have a rental car then it’s ideal but we ended up walking and getting trains.
We liked the room, it was so ideal for a family lots of space for the kids to still be able to play etc. the location was ok the train station is only a 15 minute walk away. there’s plenty of nice restaurants a short walk away. the staff were lovely and the breakfast was always nice.

SpainThe staff at the front desk is not that friendly. The swimming pool is closed but there is no information about the closure before I book it. The restaurant is not that good as well. The spaghetti for the dinner is very salty, like drinking seawater. The breakfast did not have that many choices as well.
I like the room since it is big and comfy. The toilet is also big too. The bed is comfortable too.

MaltaTV stations! Large TV, but most of the channels were "No signal"; even free-to-air channels. The least one to expect, are the local channels!
Service with a smile; nice large room with all the facilities. Lovely breakfast. Location is nice and quiet, with parking inside the premises; however it is not suitable if one is on foot as the area is pretty remote (not nice in the dark)

Germany-The hotel is located out of the town. - Breakfast was not great, very little selection & too little staffs. Only two waiters for the whole breakfast room and they were so stressed. The hotel didn’t take steps to improve the situation although so many bad comments.

Its a nice Hotel with a good sense to detail. I liked the family friendly atmosphere and the friendly staff. The shuttle from the airport was punctual and spacious and with 18 Euros not to expansive.

PolandPossibly the only drawback I might think of is that the breakfast starts a bit too late and it is not very abundant, possibly partly due to Covid restrictions or Italian habits.
The room was extremely large with a huge bathroom and separate toilet. There are lots of free parking spaces around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

SwitzerlandRestaurant was reserved for a group during our stay why we unfortunately had to eat in a side room. Olbia city center in walking distance (around 20 minutes walk) but along busy streets, so not a nice walk.

United KingdomSome of the late night front desk staff were terrible - we arrived and they wouldn’t help us with our bags even though we had a very tired child, and lots of bags. Our flight was delayed but they didn’t care. It’s a shame as so many of the other staff there were really good. The superior rooms had very small showers, and the sliding door was broken so not up to expectations for a hotel at this price.
It was clean enough. As a short 1 or 2 night stop it was good enough, but nothing more. I can imagine the food would get boring after two or three days.
