Its a nice Hotel with a good sense to detail. I liked the family friendly atmosphere and the friendly staff. The shuttle from the airport was punctual and spacious and with 18 Euros not to expansive.

Possibly the only drawback I might think of is that the breakfast starts a bit too late and it is not very abundant, possibly partly due to Covid restrictions or Italian habits.

The room was extremely large with a huge bathroom and separate toilet. There are lots of free parking spaces around the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Restaurant was reserved for a group during our stay why we unfortunately had to eat in a side room. Olbia city center in walking distance (around 20 minutes walk) but along busy streets, so not a nice walk.

it’s not a legit complaint, but they verily want to charge you for anything they can. Sometimes they put a trap, so you are paying for something that should be for free in any normal hotel.

The service in the restaurant, breakfast room, and bar, besides the friendly staff, sometimes could be confusing. I would give them a pass though due to the current COVID-19 situation. What threw me off the most were the prices in the hotel bar. The beer was disproportionally expensive if compared to a way more reasonable and sometimes even cheaper price of the food and even drinks.

The hotel is modern with very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The localization is not super central or next to a beach but it is close enough so within 15 minutes walk you are in the old city center or other areas around with plenty of "not so "restaurants which for me it is a bonus. Other than that, the hotel has all amenities a modern hotel usually offers.

Rooms facing the city and mountains are in for a treat- the landscape and sunsets are stunning. The large outdoor Pool was awesome. Breakfast is well organised and delicious. Dinner at the hotel was very good.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was very little fresh fruit and you had to wait too long to get coffee due to the system they have in place with which server takes the order. Also for a four star hotel there could have been complimentary water in the room - at least one bottle. Our towels were changed everyday even though we left them hanging up, we felt this could have been more environmentally friendly.

We liked the pool and the room size. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The welcome cookies were good.

I was principally satisfied, but if I need to say some flaws, then I have just these two minot ones: The location is a bit further from the centre. We walked for about 15-20min, but we knew it would be like that. Due to covid, the breakfast are served by a person (no "Swedish tables") so you need to wait for the food a bit longer sometimes. But this was throughout the whole Sardinia even in other hotels

The Wifi didn‘t work in our Room, altough we had a Room at the first floor. We got little Shower Gel bottles, but in sustainability context it would be better, if there would be a refillable Shower Gel station in the Shower and also a soap at the sink. It will reduce the use of plastic. The Poolarea wasn‘t so comfortable as it looked on the pictures. We somehow expected a broader offer at the breakfast, since it is a „by Hilton Hotel“ (but we know we have high expectations since the standards we are used to in Austria)

The Room was really nice and clean and we loved the big bathroom :) The personell was very polite & helpful. We liked the freshly made orange juice at breakfast and also the parking area.

The service at the restaurant. Waitresses are friendly but very slow ;( I had to stand up a couple of times to request the meal orders as they did not come to the table.

1) Hotel location - 15 minutes walking to downtown, airport reachable by Bus N° 2 (Bus stop_Centro Martini & walk 5 minutes and voilá). No noisy at all, which is a plus as I like quiet environments to sleep peacefully. 2) Beach nearby, there is a bus stop N° 4 in Via dei Lidi that takes you to the nearest beaches. 3) Change of room. I have an issue with the main room door but they kindly changed rooms without hassle. 4) Price/Quality. 5) Kiosk. There was a grocery store where you could buy bread, fruits, water, etc.

I have only one remark, because of the muddy rain from the Sahara, the area around the pool needs to be cleaned more often, as well as the terraces of the rooms.

Excellently maintained hotel. Clean, young and friendly staff. Breakfast is great and the old gentleman is very kind. I admit that I was biased because of some bad reviews, but there is nothing like that, on the contrary, everything is great! I have only one remark, because of the muddy rain from the Sahara, the area around the pool needs to be cleaned more often, as well as the terraces of the rooms. The service and attention to detail was minimal. You were very much given your room key and left to your own devices with no information about any extras they offered, dinner, etc. On night one we used the milk in our room for a cup of tea and this was not replaced over the course of 4 nights, so we could no longer have a hot drink in the room. We did ask for milk sachets but the ones we were given were old and had curdled. Water is also not replaced after night 1.

The design of the property, bar and rooms were lovely and everything was spotless.
