Although there were some hairs in the bathroom on my first night, it was still clean and comfortable, so overall I can not complain. The location is a little out of the way, but you can easily access the metro and other public transportation, or you can take a taxi, as I did.

extremely helpful and friendly staff; the first night I arrived in a very bad situation after a pickpocket stole my money and I was unable to pay the full amount. They helped me out and allowed me to enter by deposit; in addition, the breakfast is good and you have a good selection.

The staff helped us by giving us a room when we arrived long before check-in time

The staff were very helpful and friendly , however the hotel itself is in need of modernization- walking into the hotel is like entering into a time warp- like you have stepped back in time by about 50 years ! It is old world but not in a nice way . The rooms are also very gloomy and museum like. Only the bare essentials provided .

I took more than 20 mins when I checked out. 3 staffs were there but they didn't have clear R&R. I gave up to issue invoice with my company name.

Through no fault of hotel, I could not stay longer.

Lots of little things. They werent that bad, but you kind of expect more from a 4 star. No coffee machine in the room, no iron or ironing board. Fortunately they have a service that ironed my business clothes, but I wasn’t happy that I could just have an iron. Also the shower had no place to put the soap.

The running water in the shower had bursts of very hot water: near impossible to regulate.

The hotel exudes old-world charm and is super convenient to the Milan train station. The bar takes you time traveling to the golden age of jazz. Our room, for two friends at the end of a long vacation, was spacious and comfortable. A special shout out to the front desk staffer, the incredibly welcoming young man formerly of one of the U.S. Carolinas.

We were asked to provide our bank card and keeping card details, that I find not very safe, but we had to agree

Location was convenient, as it is very close to the Central Station. Metro station is also very close. The room is spaciious, the furniture is a kind of vintage style. Clean. Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast had a good slection to choose. Many thanks to the reception staff for one hour later check-out, as ii allowed us to be more flexible with our plans.

Nothing perticular. But as they collect tourist city tax ,govt. should make roads proper / clean / clear roads for enabling tourists / travellers to drag their bags with ease.
