Location was excellent. Our host Beatrice was wonderful. Met us off the Vaporetto. And then on arrival at the accommodation went through lots of information with us to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Beatrice was the perfect host, she met us at the ferry terminal, helped walk our suitcases to her lovely apartment and even carried a really heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs for us. The place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Simply the best.

It is 3 flights of stairs which was a challenge with my mom's bad foot. But we made it work! We bought a cane at a local shop and that helped a lot

Beatrice, the owner, was so helpful! She met us at the ferry and helped my mom (who had a bad foot) with her bags and guided us to the apartment. She showed us the key landmarks on the way in and spent a good amount of time with us sharing tips and best places to visit. She is wonderful! And the apartment is spacious and perfect for our needs.

Nothing- it was on the third floor without a lift, but that was no problem for us, but might be for others

The property was perfect for us, in a great location handy for all the main sights , transport links, restaurants and supermarkets. everything was very clean and comfortable, and all of our needs and desires had been pre-emptied by our hosts. We cooked in the apartment a couple of times and found the kitchen perfectly adequate. The shower was fine too, and the lounge area and bedroom were very comfortable and spacious.The weather was not super for our trip, but the rooftop terrace was still a bonus.I can imagine it would be great in better weather. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and met us from the boat from the airport and gave us lots of tips of great things to see and do. We would definitely stay here again on any future trip to Venice

Stairs gave us a chance to build muscles for hill towns we shall be visiting. That said if this could be an issue there is no elevator

Property was perfect!

This apartment is near perfection I would say. I think it’s owed all to the fantastic host Beatrice and her husband. They met us at the water taxi to lead us to the apartment, help with luggage and show us around the unit. Let me tell you, we got an apartment in Rome later in the trip with an automated lock and there was a problem with the code they sent and then the host took hours to respond leaving us on the street outside of the building with luggage! None of that with Beatrice! Apartment is very large, spotlessly clean, comfortable, has a washing machine, a roof deck and the location is fantastic if you want to be very close to the main sites. It’s easy enough, during the day to escape the crowds by taking a 10 minute walk away into the local neighborhoods but at night and early in the morning you are just a three minute walk from St. Mark’s square/Rialto Bridge where you can enjoy it nearly to yourself, relatively speaking. Also, Beatrice set up our first night dinner even telling the owner I was a vegetarian and asking if he could make something for me which he did and it was fantastic. She also leaves a very informative book about Venice with sites, restaurant suggestions and a map, etc. and emailed me further information and suggestions after check in. Amazing service!

Our host Beatrice was fabulous. She provided excellent information and thanks to her restaurant recommendations every meal was outstanding. The apartment has everything you could possibly want. It offers the perfect balance of home comfort without you feeling like your in someone else’s home. The roof top terrace offers a lovely afternoon retreat. The apartment and stairs are spotless.

The location was perfect with everything just a short walk away, the host Beatrice was perfect, and made you feel at home from the moment you arrived, the apartment was perfect, with all the facilities you require, and a roof terrace which is an amazing little retreat for a glass of italian red at the end of a hard day's sightseeing, all in all this place is PERFECT!!! and we'll be back for sure.

Sometimes internet was not very fast, can be important if you need to work online. But it's better to come to Venice to relax, not to work :-))

I felt at home in this apartment. I liked everything, especially the terrace. Very clean, the kitchen had salt, sugar, coffee, tea and even snacks. Beatrice was the best host in my entire travel experience: she told me about all the places I was interested in, gave useful advice, was always in touch.

Beatrice gave us a warm welcome and lots of useful information. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and delightfully quirky. We loved the rooftop terrace. Right in the heart of San Marco, we were also cool, quiet and peaceful. A great spot to retreat to in the heat of a Venice summer day, or night.

Everything related to the apartment was great, there really was nothing that we could complain about.

The property was located right in the historical center of Venice, close to various touristic attractions but in a very quiet, clean and safe street. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and showed great concern with our comfort and the quality of our stay. The apartment itself was modern, clean and provided all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. I would full-heartedly recommend this property to all my friend and family, if they were ever to come to Venice!

Everything was just perfect.

The apartment is located in San Marco, mid way between Piazza San Marco and Rialto bridge. It is in a fully renovated and modern house inside, which was built in 1500s, so it has a lot of character. Tastefully furnished and decorated makes you feel at home right away. The apartment is on 2 floors and has a living room, super large bedroom, a nice kitchen with all appliances, and a good size bathroom. On the top floor there is a nice living room and a terrace. Beatrice is the most amazing host we have ever met. She made us feel at home and shared with us a lot of local knowledge regarding sites to see, restaurant and bars to go to, local supermarkets and the fish market. We wanted to stay longer, but the place was fully booked, so we have decided to return soon. BTW we’ve been to Venice more than 6-7 times before, but we never had such a great accommodation and experience. Grazie Beatrice. Spero che ci vediamo presto.

The property was spotless, perfect location and was advertised. We were met at the water taxi and brought back to the house by the host where we were given a bunch of great recommendations. We will definitely be back again and recommend others to book this property.
