A bit remote. There doesn't seem to be a bus to Bracciano but buses to Anguillara train station go regularly. Italian trains can be unreliable. The good thing is that there are historical sites nearby that you can visit if you get stuck there for a day.

Beautiful view, nice restaurants close. Very pretty old town.

Could have served breakfast. It was included but you had to fetch yourself. Not impressed.

I had a room with a private bathroom outside of the room. It would have been great to have a mirror in the room.

The location is Incredible, very close to the lake with an incredible view. There is a nice terrace looking over the lake. Stefano was very friendly. Overall I would say that it was a great value for the price paid.

Suprised there was no cooked breakfast, very basic, you need to update the information you give, it is different owners they supply corn flakes, muesli, you have to supply your own food for cooking and do it yourself. Should be classed as self catering not b and b.very dated room needs a little upgrade.

The views where great loved the lake , beautiful old town.the new owner Stefano great person cant do enough for you.

Breakfast was not what I expected, but the ladies there were absolutely lovely and very helpful.

The view is amazing. From the terrace, you have a full view of the old city and the lake, a quiet place to spend a few days.

Parking was available, but in short supply.

Absolutely on of the best views from our room. The management staff did their best to make our short stay a pleasant one. Look forward to returning and spending more time exploring this area.

no hot water first night, and couldn’t find Ac control. once found, AC sounded like a jet engine!! A but hard to find - would recommend owner shares a google map pin location and an explanation to park in the public car park around the corner

Great location overlooking the lake, less than 5 minute walk to the waterfront with a good nightlife, but was nice and quiet at night. really nice breakfast from the cafe just across from the apartment that was included, and they are happy to let you bring the breakfast across to eat on the terrace. Room was a decent size for a family of 4 with private bathroom, and shared kitchen was useful. Owner and assistant very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

A great location with a stunning view of the lake from the shared balcony. The chap who booked us in was very very helpful and gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant.

Hot water didn't work one of the days we were in the structure, the owner helped fix that day and it was running later in the evening. The kitchen area needs some TLC, faucet was broken. The city itself is quiet, no noise to be heard from outside, but inside it's easy to hear other guests.

Fabulous location, right in the center of Anguillara Sabazia. Breakfast included at the bar in the square just below the apartment which is super convenient and really nice to have. Easy access to all of the bars and restaurants of the town. The apartment has two terraces available as common use, gorgeous view of the lake and they are both hit with sun throughout the day - definitely the best part of our stay!

not much the lake is beautiful

pretty much a joke the cafe outside across the street your allowed $5 per person for your breakfast. The bathrooms are shared with other rooms the room is small, the shower so small you can't move, the street lights on all night with a thin cheap curtain that lets all the light in. No privacy. I've stayed in nicer places for under $20 a night

No human contact- all done remotely and it shows. Room was not clean, there were no towels provided and the macerator in the bathroom sounded like someone running their nails down a chalkboard whilst hitting a large tin with a rolling pin.

Location is tremendous and the view from the terrace is just like the photo.
