We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Extraordinary living in this fantastic new and modern family driven hotel. I’ve been to most parts of the world and lived in hundreds of hotels, this is without doubt on the best there are. If you are going to travel to the area, there is no reason to choose anything else. So, just book it and be happy because you will be.

SwedenWe had a really nice stay in Tortoli and at Domu Qirat. The room was beautiful decorated, modern, very clean, with a big refridgerator, beautiful bathroom and a nice terrass outside. The location is good, very close to restaurants and the city center. It was easy for us to find parking, despite peak season. The host Alessandro is kind, helpful and very service minded. We can warmly recommend this room.

wow everything was amazing! the host was met us outside when we arrived and brought our bags in. He spent time helping us to plan out our trip and gave us loads of recommendations. the rooms look exactly like the photographs very modern, spacious and clean. We had our own terrace which had a table , chairs, drying rack and sink. The nearest beach is only a 5 or 10 minute drive away. I was very pleased with my stay and will definitely be back if I am in Sardinia again!! thank you for everything
