Nothing but we were amazed at number of elderly people until we realised that it was also an assisted living complex.

Absolutely nothing at all. We only realised at bed time that there was only one pillow each and air con would be good (again only realised at bedtime so had no one to ask) - but these are very picky indeed! We loved it.

Firstly proximity to the train station is great and it’s so easy to find too. A flat walk to Bergamo centre takes about 20-25mins so the location overall is really good. We didn’t realise the apartment is part of living accommodation for older people until we got there, but we were so impressed with the whole building and, whether renting out apartments is part of the business plan with ringfenced apartments, or temporary for vacant apartments, we loved that we were able to stay, and we enjoyed researching their website and the services and activities/initiatives on offer. The welcome was efficient, warm and friendly and the Receptionist booked us a taxi for the following morning, ensuring we heard the call, for assurance that it had been booked. The apartment was beautiful. Modern, spacious and contemporary, it has a very cool but comfortable style and feeling. Lovely lounge with kitchen (with a coffee machine too and complementary bottled water). Big bathroom with a really good shower and the bedroom was also lovely and airy. Comfortable bed and we slept well. A large balcony runs the whole length of the apartment and you can access it from every room, increasing the feelings of light and space.

The only downside is that we booked just for one night. Next time, we'll definitely extend our stay.

The whole complex was super clean. The apartment was very big and spacious, and it had a large terrace. The staff was super friendly; they allowed us to have a late check-in, and when it was time to check out, they allowed us to leave our bags at the reception.

Although in a bad proximity with a beautiful Railway Station, (which was our intention)but occupied with uneducated and potentially dangerous people,the retairment home it s actually an oasis of calm,elegance and warm residents. Extremely friendly and super clean and elegant studio

The bed was too firm but it is just a personal preference.

The whole building is lovely, well finished and kept. The apartment was spacious, very clean and modern with a very large terrace. We arrived very late in the evening but check in was very easy. All the staff were lovely. Underground parking was great too.

Looks very cosy and confortable. It is very spacious and very well design. It is small apartament in the hotel. Equipped with everything you need, you can cook. Also has a huge terrase.

Slightly expensive, but for Bergamo, probably OK. The location is a long walk from the Città alta.

The facilities, nice big room / apartment, well equipped. Clean and friendly. I would certainly recommend it.

The only drawback is that the cooling equipment is not very good. I slept with the window open at that time, so it didn't have a big impact. If it is summer, it may not be cool enough.

The room is spacious, the living room, bedroom and bathroom are all independent. There is also a very large balcony, and the bedroom and living room have doors to the balcony. The bathroom is also spacious. I like this spacious environment. The floor is also very quiet without any noise.The staff has a good attitude, explaining the functions of the building to me and teaching me how to use them. If there is a next time, I will continue to book their room.

It would be great if there was a washing machine in the kitchen

The place was big and had enough space for us. There was a kitchen to use, although there are great restaurants nearby. It was close to the station as well and around 30-40 minutes walk to the old town.
