Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe breakfast was priced a bit too high for what was offered.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was simple but clean. A great place to stay off the beaten path of the main road with close access to good cafes and a grocery store.

ItalyRidiculous policy for the parking space. If you don’t find any available space in front of the hotel you have to pay 15€ per day just beside the free designated space. Prices at the hotel bar are ridiculous too
Good location.

United KingdomI felt they could manage restrictions in a more positive way. For example they have limited parking space, charge for using the kitchen facilities, and they ask 25 euros for breakfast. You could only feel what they were not willing to offer.

GermanyThe room was a bit worn, though much more spacious than we expected. Rather dark room.
Plenty of room, the possibility to make our own coffee and a fridge for the milk. Not too far from the centre of Corvara. Dogs are allowed but not in restaurant

United StatesParking was a bit sparse and the hot tub was broken when we stayed which was disappointing for members of our group.
The hotel breakfast was EXCELLENT! Lots of delicious, fresh foods to chose from. We enjoyed it every day of our trip! Hotel is a nice 10 minute, scenic, walk to "town" and a 15 minute walk to the lifts but you can just leave your rentals at Bo Rentals so you don't even have to carry your gear.

AustraliaWiFi is slow. They allow dogs and we had a dog on our floor that would howl when it's owners were out
Spacious family room. Fittings and furniture are dated but are clean and are still comfortable. The bathroom has been refurbished and is clean. The staff are friendly. Parking out the front if you are lucky enough to get, is free but if not there is a parking area with a gate that is $15 per day.. There is a ski shuttle bus across the road. The food (we had half board) which was very good.

AustraliaThe breakfast was extremely overpriced and for dinner, they served up a jazzed up version of the leftover cakes from breakfast for 12 Euro? The ski room lockers were rusty and a planter box on the balcony was FULL of cigarette butts which made the room and hallway smell like cigarette.

Belarus- usage of kitchen is paid 50 euro extra during checkout - If cleaning of kitchen is needed, extra pay is 75 euro, which is not obviously during check-in - no washing dish soap and dish sponge - no furniture at the terrace
- big room with separate bed and kitchen - large comfortable bed in the bedroom - 3 separate beds in living room - enough kitchen equipment: dishes, pans, cutlery - bathroom with necessary equipment: towels, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer - free slippers - great location with view on hills and ski bus stop - room for ski storage for free - cleaning service every day - possible to change heating and temperature in the room - big terrace with great view

United StatesMy husband and I were skiing in the Dolomites for a few weeks of vacation, and stayed at many different accommodations during the trip. Hotel Miramonti was not only the least enjoyable experience, it was also the most expensive. We could have endured the lack of amenities and service if I had paid much less, but for 350 euros a night, I expected more. At least close to the level I had been getting at nearby hotels where I paid 200-300 euros a night. Some specifics: 1) The check-in process took a very long time for unknown reasons (they kept our passports for over 15 minutes?) 2) The entire building smelled badly of cigarette smoke. 3) The room itself felt grimy and old. There were holes in the walls, dirty curtains, and beat-up furniture. And you had to pay extra to use the kitchen. 4) The walls in the room were very thin, and our neighbors played very loud music late into the night. I asked the receptionist to help, but the neighbors only turned the volume down a bit, and were loud until late into the night. We didn’t sleep well at all, and after a long day of skiing all we wanted to do was rest and relax. 5) At breakfast, the staff’s greeting was a frantic “what room are you in?!” and throughout the meal different staff members kept asking us that same question. Breakfast started at 7:15, but when we arrived at 7:18 most items were already gone. We sat at an open table, and were promptly yelled at that we "cannot not sit there!" (it was unclear why)and they didn’t help move our food to another table. They eventually took our coffee order, but that didn’t come out until we were finished eating. This hotel wants to charge tourists the same amount as their neighbors, but without providing the same level of service. The photos posted online do not represent the hotel accurately at all. I reached out several times to share the feedback, but no one ever responded, which just solidifies their lack of customer care. Stay away!
Location was ok.
