The apartment was really nice, clean, and well positioned ! The host was really nice and very accommodating to our needs. He was very helpful in adapting to our check in/check out timing and helped us store our luggage for the day. I recommend strongly the stay !

Dario met us to check us into the property. He was very welcoming, helpful and gave us great recommendations for pizza. There was also a washing machine which was great for our clothes after hiking.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to everyone - thanks Dario - it was superb! Minor suggestions - even better if there were a small table and two chairs on the balcony. Also a handbook of the facilities and how to use them, local sights, recommended restaurants etc would also be good for those less conversant with internet searching.

Superb location with amazing views from every room - including the toilet! Well appointed and modern apartment with good facilities including a rainfall shower, balcony facing the mountains and whirlpool bath. Easy access to the motorway, interesting hikes (including Bus Del Buson), supermarkets and restaurants so that other incredible places, like Cortina, are well within reach in just over an hour's drive. La Trappola, where we ate on our final night, was outstanding - great food (mains meals served in frying pans) at a reasonable price in relaxed surroundings. Dario, the host, was really good and so very helpful and showed us most things we needed through WhatsApp videos or web links. We had such a good time, seeing amazing sights and pushing our limits when hiking secure in the knowledge that the lovely apartment was waiting for us when we got back. It was extremely clean and organized, however the kitchen was missing some basic products such as salt, detergent and a sink cloth. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and gave us detailed instructions. There is also possibility to park a car in garage. Another pro is possibility of self check-in and check-out.

The host is very fast and friendly in his responses and actively send messages the moment you make a confirmed reservation. I felt warmly welcomed to Belluno and the apartment thanks to the host. The place is spacious and fully equipped with facilities (e.g. washing machine, induction cooker, microwave, utensils, fridge etc.).

1. Having access to the heating system during our stay, given the cold season temperatures. My family complained about the cold temperature during the night. 2. The access to the building is a bit complicated. E.g. Elevator can not be accessed from the assigned parking level.

The owner was intrusive and threatening, demanded money. They found reasons to call daily and when I did not answer his calls demanded entry at 21:30. No top sheet or blanket.
