Right in the middle of the city, stylishly furnished, lovely breakfast, great shower; Romina the manager was lovely, helping me find out details online about coach services to the airport when it turned out my departure coincided with a rail strike.

If you have a car, it could be tricky to get the parkade when using google maps, it sends you to a side street. The access door to the b&b is on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk around 150m from the parkade.

Very helpful and super friendly staff. Location is absolutely perfect if you want to stroll in the old part of the city. There are many restaurants around for different tastes. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

There was a kettle, tea and coffee in our double room, but only one cup and no milk. I am sure if we had asked Romina would have sorted immediately.

Excellent location for wandering around Palermo. We were very pleased with where we were and understood that being in the middle of everything would be busy and noisy. If you book this hotel, you will need to accept it is not quiet until quite late at night but if you want to be central, and happy with a bit of noise this is the perfect place to stay. Romina, our host was great. She booked our ZTL pass for the car, needed to enter the city, which was so helpful, and gave us clear information about where to park to drop off our bags and two passengers.

Just a little confusion about which room we were staying in. It would have been good just to receive written instructions about the room name and how to access it.

Once we found the hotel, it was very good. Romina was lovely but we had some confusion finding which room was ours. The lounge, breakfast area and rooms were all clean, attractive and comfortable. Very centrally located and very comfortable!

Palermo is a noisy city and you can here the noise from the rooms. If this bothers you, bring ear plugs of some kind.

Great location near the heart of Palermo. Reception was fantastic with a very knowledgeable and helpful registrar. Great overview on what to see and where to eat. Place was immaculate and beds comfortable. One of the best breakfast set ups if you like carbs.

There were so many lovely decorative details. My room was regularly cleaned to a high standard. However it is run by a wonderful hostess. I had forgotten my beach towel and I was lent one. She was so patient with me when I was trying to practice my halting Italian. It is also central to everything and so easy to find lovely bars and restaurants nearby.

Upon arrival, I received several messages regarding my arrival. The check-in time didn't seem very flexible as I felt a tad bit rushed. After 3pm there was a clause stating guest would have to do self check-in, which i was okay with. I managed to arrive around 2pm and received the bare minimum of instructions. The wifi only works in certain areas. The breakfast area is a bit small. Me and a few other guest were asked to move seating once we had already sat at a table. However, it is an easy fix for the staff to instead guide guest to a table that best fit the needs for all guest.

The location is perfect. Most if not all things were walkable. The bed was also really comfy. There is a parking garage near, 25euro/day. There is a slight hill and stairs you will need to go up to reach the B&B. The setup and decor was unique.

The parking experience wasn’t the best and had room for improvement. The hotel staff and Simon, the parking staff, were very helpful, but we always had to send a message asking to open the parking gate, and they’re not always by their phones (of course)

The hotel is very pretty and comfortable. The staff is amazing and the breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The coffee/cappuccino was made only when asked.
