For us, a great stay has four components: obviously the room / flat and the breakfast (B&B), but also the location/surroundings and the host. Asmara 11 15 falls short in the breakfast area: apart from the freshly made muffins (on arrival, thanks!), it came all pre-packed (including the croissants) and felt like in a cheap hotel. We would have liked some eggs, maybe, but since it was all self-serving and lacking love and care, this breakfast, sadly, now occupies to the bottom of our ranking of a 3-week trip around Southern Italy at 15 different places. Also, when a host asks us to leave a favourable review, this prompts looking doubly critically. We don't mind being asked for a review, but please don't try to influence the outcome in any way other than with a flawless performance.

We had the whole upper floor of a small house including a large terrace. The flat offers all comforts and was spotlessly clean. It is about 10 mins. away (on foot) from the historic centre which was convenient. The host, Antonio, was willing to let us store the bicycles in the flat even though the staircase is very narrow and the walls had recently been painted white, so a "great" opportunity to leave nasty marks (which we due-fully avoided). Antonio does not speak English but the conversation in English over Whatsapp was easy.

I think a couple of sun loungers on the roof would be great. The furniture up there is good but not too comfy for a whole afternoon

Antonio was the perfect host and greeted us on arrival even tho we were a bit early. He had left a nice bottle of wine and some cake to welcome us. The apartment was more than enough for the two of us. The roof terrace was great. It is a 10 min walk into town, but there is a supermarket close by. Also a few bars and places to eat within a couple of mins walk.

My only criticism is that it was very cold! Small air-conditioning units are not powerful enough to heat rooms in the middle of winter. If I have to travel in the winter in the south of Italy I usually opt for hotel rooms which tend to be better heated but the location of the flat was perfect for a meeting I had booked first thing in the morning.

It was a last minute booking and the hosts were very helpful. The apartment is a good size, clean and bright.

The apartment is definitely more suited for a couple rather than two friends as the only bedroom is ensuite (no privacy if the person is in bed when you go to the bathroom). Also, there is a small window high up in the kitchen/living room area (cf. picture) that lets the sun goes in. Not ideal for a lie-in if you are the one sleeping in the sofa bed.

Antonio is a wonderful host, and very attentive. No hassle to get the keys or check out. Our flight got delayed but we were still able to check in after 23:00 (Antonio offers transfer services). On the last day, he kept our luggage so we can enjoy more sightseeing. It was greatly appreciated!

The rooftop is very beautiful and the apartment cools very nicely down with the two AC. The host offered a very nice breakfast with extra gluten free food for my friend. In addition the host drove us to two different citys for sightseeing. He was very kind and funny. We really enjoyed the stay at this B&B. In the apartment we had everything we needed and more.

There is nothing to add. I was completely happy with my stay at Antonio's place.

The apartment was very well arranged, clean and comfortable. I felt at home from the first minute. There is a rooftop terrace which I used for having a breakfast and for reading under the parasol. The host, Antonio, was always ready to help with e.g. with an adaptor for my notebook, bringing me to the airport on the last day and even bringing me a small surprise breakfast on one of the days. It was those small things which made my stay there even more pleasant.

Once we had got our bearings we liked the location as Google maps didn't tell us we had to use an underpass to reach the apartment. The closest supermarket is only a few metres away and the market, other shops, restaurants and the station are all within walking distance. The apartment is comfortable, well maintained and cleaned to a high standard. The bed is comfortable and everything worked. There is a lovely roof garden which we would have used if the weather had been better. The area is quiet at night. Antonio, the host communicated well about our arrival time, when he would be coming to clean etc. and helped with making a restaurant reservation on the first night.

Very cosy apartament with a rooftop terrace that makes every morning incredibile 😍 Very new, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Few minute walk from the center of Brindisi. Very good startpoint to see Puglia by car or by train! Hosts are very nice and helpful. They can provide you with car rental and airport transport. Always available if you need something. We would like to come back soon...🤩

Beautiful apartment! There is lots of space and it has a great rooftop terrace! We only booked to stay here for one night before flying home but wish we could have stayed for longer! Also I am lactose intolerant and the host brought me dairy free milk and dairy free biscuits to cater to my dietary requirements! I really appreciated that! We made use of the airport transfer as well which was an additional charge of €20. This was incredibly useful for us as we needed to leave for the airport at 4am. It was a wonderful stay!

Mama mia! Well! i can tell this place have everything. And a lot more. The welcome was probably the nicest in all Italy. Antonio with the one he is. A real gentleman with manners exceed every expectation. A bottle of good wine and a bag with Taralli was just a bonus to this wonderful place. The apartment was beautiful decorated and well equipped. Maintained. Clean and those place you do not have to worry about anything. Actually I was thinking when I came there “-We probably have to share the kitchen and terrace with another apartment?”.. But no! This was just ours. All of it. The terrace is fantastic in the day and magical in the night (if you turn on those lights, up there, you will see it for your self) All the apartment have high roof altitudes and feels very roomy. Good air and at night very good sound isolated from the street and balcony. The stay also included breakfast with groceries and coffee far over what you normally see. My girlfriend are still talking about the coffee (from the Lavazza brewer). We had an early flight and was dependent of transport. Even here Antonio delivered full service to the airport, guided there with knowledge of the situation now and in the history. I am a perpetual traveler and I have seen much of every corner of the world.. And still.. I regard this experience coming to Brindisi as one of the best Feel welcome! Rikard and Silvia

Everything was perfect

The accomodation was perfect, nicely decorated decorated very well equipped. The owner was very friedly and welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on a large roof terasse. Also helped us to understand and navigated us to closest bus stop via messages. We really appreciated the airconditioners in both room and well equiped kitchen even for cooking. Perfect stay, we will definitely come back :)

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean and very well equipped. There are 2 air con units which was appreciated. The huge roof terrace was a real bonus. The owners could not have been more friendly and helpful and provided lots of tea coffee beakfast items and fruit as well as a bottle of wine
