There was a church nearby that bonged 7 times at 7am which was very loud and woke us up every morning - obviously this can't be helped but be aware that you can hear whats going on outside your window (we were top floor facing the road)

Love how close it was to the termini station (2 minutes) which made it really easy to travel anywhere. Also about a 30 minute walk to trevi fountain which was great! There were also lots of restaurants close by to the hotel itself. The room itself was very clean, the bed was comfy (firm mattress) and the shower was amazing - very hot and great pressure! Although we didn't make use of it, there was a fridge/coffee pod machine/tea in the communal area which is handy if you want a hot drink before you start exploring. Great value for money, would stay again 😊

It was hot outside.A.C of one room was not working.Wifi was also not working properly in my room. No one will come to clean the room.Its tough to find this Guest house and No reception.

Uncomfortable sofa bed which was also quite dirty. Sheets seemed unwashed and there were clumps of hair. Shower drain also had hair clump. Wifi signal very weak and only accessible from from living room, not the bedroom. Nobody was at property when we arrived. Needed to phone somebody. Not too bad but was a 36 degree day and stood out on the pavement for 30min.

Difficult communication with the lady in charge with the check in. She didn’t transmit the whole message from the owner, which messed up our schedule.

I liked the room decor, original and traditional. The apartment was really clean. It’s located on a quite street, close to Termini station and metro. The neighborhood it’s safe.

Our room is very clean and comfortable. The unit sala and kitchen was a shared space with other guests Host was very accommodating. Building staff and unit neighbors were also very friendly Location is perfect as it is only 5mins walk to Roma Centrale

The room was spacious and decorated nicely. There are black-out blinds. We didn’t experience any noise except if the windows were open. The bathroom had everything we needed - towels, shampoo and conditioner options, hairdryer, and a rinsing cup. The location is great if you are okay with taking metro or bus (or taxi) to the popular sites. Bus and metro are very easy to navigate and fast to get around! It was great to be by Termini for access to the airport.

We were given a triple room by mistake probably. had to change it after 2 days, and it was not that easy since we had a baby and lots of stuff to move. In 4 days, 3 times people from staff simply ran into our room sometimes without knocking… hot water is from boiler so you need to check it to be turned on otherwise you will shower with cold water.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Good position with easy access to bus or you can even walk to some main city attractions like Basilica Maria Maggiore or Fontana di Trevi.

As we arrived earlier, the contact person arranged an old lady to handle our earlier arrival, she was nice but cannot communicate in English this posed difficulties. The contact person’s english is fair but willing to help. When we hanged one light coat carefully and gently on the hook of the wardrobe in the room, it dropped and fell on the pillow. Couldn’t imagine if one of us was sleeping on the bed at that time as the entire hook is pretty heavy.

The location is very good. The staff responded pretty quickly. The basic facilities are adequate.

For me the bed was so hard my back hurt so bad and also the pillow idk why but made my hair so dry so curly haired ppl be careful. There is a bar in front of so it is kinda loud at night, and the neighbourhood is not the prettiest. For the kitchen there are 5 mugs and some spoons and forks and a kettle and thats it so it is not for meal making. And it is not the room's fault but other guests tried to get into our room for 2 days in a row at night so lock your room with the key always.

It was in a great location for the transportation, i was worried bc some of the negative comments but it was fine, we had hot water, the shower is a standard european shower it was clean, the room is nice especially for the price.

Dimora 36 is a nice home with plenty of space for a family of 3 and very clean. Just 2 minutes for Rome Termini train station. The neighbourhood was quiet and easy to access city centre. I would recommend to everyone who visits Rome.

Air con take ages to cool down the room and you cannot change the temperature . Towels need to be replaced by new ones. Would be lovely to have Coffee and water available in the amenity area

It's really close to the train station. Bathroom is spacious, decoration is very nice and it has an excellent price-quality relationship when compared to other places in the neighborhood.

Hotel looks better than on photos, vibe of antique Rome flat . Amazing windows, a lot of air and good bed. Also table for working available. Location is perfect if you need to be close to trains or center . Very nice people working there.

Unfortunately when I was leaving the building the power was cut down so I could not open the main gate and I could not reach the owner or anyone else for help until somenone just went downstairs and could open it, otherwise I could have missed the train.

Having to call on arrival can be a problem if you don't have a local SIM and don't want to roam.
