The location is convenient to the station, but not a great area by any means - there’s some bars that I didn’t feel great about walking by on my way back at night. The breakfast was large, but kind of sweaty…like everything had been sitting out for a while.

It was right across from the train station, making it very easy if Ancona is just a transiting city for you.

I got off the train and went to the hotel. I used buses right in front of the hotel to get around the city. Everything was perfect. Hotel staff supported us in every way. Especially the employee who greeted me at the reception was very attentive and friendly.

A little map of the legitimate parking areas near the hotel would have been nice. I got a bit confusing as ti where to park

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. They advised me on transportation options and parking and saved me lots of time in doing so. The breakfast was quite good; plenty of options. The location right across from the central station was perfect for me since I was traveling by train in Italy. Some reviewers say the area is bad, but, while it's not ShangriLa, I wasn't uncomfortable walking around.

Quite basic, but appropriate for the price.

Good breakfast for the level of the hotel. Included both sweet and salty options. Position very close to the station. Good value for money.

All good, though it being close to the station, and thus easily found, means a healthy-length walk to get to town centre. But you can easily get a bus. Incidentally, there was a good wall-light for reading in bed.

There was no TV control in room and the TV was on. There was no on/off switch no a power cord you could get to. I did manage to disconnect the antenna. I reconnected the antenna the next morning.

Well located opposite Ancona Station, which suited us as we planned to travel to the Frassassi Caves on Saturday and onto Fermo on Sunday by rail. Room was of a good size, comfortable, with what you needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you're ever at that end of Ancona, I'd recommend it heartily. Thanks folks.

Not that it was the property’s fault but unfortunately the taxi they called for us , majorly ripped us off on dropping us at the ferry terminal - took money from my hands and took off . Charged more than double that was on the meter.

Nothing. It was perfect for our needs. The price actually included breakfast but as we had to leave early we were not able to try this. Even with this included it was still very good value

Our ferry from Greece arrived 5 hours late which meant we missed the last train to Venice. We booked into the Hotel Della Rosa at the last minute as it is right opposite the train station so that we could catch the 6am train. It was very good value so we were not expecting much - just a bed for the night - but the staff were very welcoming, the bed was comfortable, the a/c was great. All-in-all, very much exceeded expectations.

I couldn't understand how to use the air conditioner.

Located right in front of the station, the facilities are new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient, with eggs, ham, cheese, and yogurt. The environment around the hotel is not very good, but you can get to the city center in about 10 minutes by bus from the station. 1.35€ one way. .
