Slightly remote area especially if the weather is bad. Nearest town probably 20 mins drive. Could do with a few more local restaurants. No dislikes about the property it is extremely well maintained and comfortable for a family of 5.

The villa was stunning, very large grounds, lots of facilities, beautiful view. Walking distance to an amazing beach, few restaurants and a local shop. Large spacious villa, bbq facilities, clean large pool.

The swimming pool was definitely the focus point of this property, it was absolutely Beautiful. Also, Mr Sagi who greeted us on arrival was very kind and extremely helpful. I was given a tour of all of the local beaches and restaurants included some great tips for our short stay here. Thank you so much Mr Sagi.

Very remote - at least one hour from doing other activities. No gas stations nearby. They call it a resort but it's really just a nice two bedroom cottage. No beach towels, which seemed strange and no shampoo or conditioner or body wash available. As a suggestion they might simply increase the price a bit and provide "Sardinia" beach towels that guests could take home after. Some waters in the fridge for when you arrive would be nice as well.

The area is beautiful but remote so this apartment is best for someone that wants to stay put. The complex is built on a hill so walking isn't the most convenient way to get around. The local beach is amazing but requires a 20 to 30 minute walk and parking is tough....no restrooms at the beach but there is a nice beach bar with lounges for rent. The view from the place was amazing and unbeatable. We enjoyed having the pool but it's not heated so a bit chilly. Unique property on hillside. Mr. Sagi was very helpful. There are a few decent restaurants within driving distance.

The house was a little basic equipped. Everything necessary was there, but for a family of four there could have been a few more things like large bowls and cutting boards.

Beautiful location, great outdoors, very clean. Loved the wonderful terrace and the pool. Someone cleaned the pool every day and the gorgeous sun bed was a cool addition. The property manager Sagi was great, always there to help. He arranged an early check in, gave us a tour of the area and provided us with lots of tips of this part of the island.

The super markets in the resort are small and not very good. It is a remote place, so you need a car and you can not walk to anything .

This is a wonderful quiet place, with a lovely garden and beautiful beaches near by. This is such good value compared to other places we stayed in Sardinia. The parking by the beach is free and even in peak season there were plenty of spaces. The sea here is beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing.

The beds has plastic-ish sheets, not very comfortable to sleep on. Apartment very basic in terms of both furniture and kitchen utilities, only possible to cook very basic food.

The host was great. Very informative and helpful in terms of guiding to the best beaches, restaurants etc. The terrasse area with the pool was great and very nice.

Absolutely amazing property! We were so thrilled after touring the house and the grounds. The view of the sunset is to die for and the beaches are a short walk away. The house was well equipped (suited for a family or large group). Saji, the caretaker was fantastic. He took extra time to show us around the area and chat about restaurants, the beaches, wine etc. He certainly added to the experience of the trip! I would highly recommend a stay at this property!

We stayed the first week in May and the temperature in the villa was a little cold especially at night. Moreover since it rained everything was a little damp.

The beaches were amazing and the little "Costa Paradiso village supermarket" has everything you'll need for breakfast and a BBQ. Moreover, our host Mr. Sagi showed us a really nice coffee bar. We had a nice little villa with a garden and the villa had clean sheets and enough kitchen utensils to cook.
