We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel owners must think their guests are stupid telling them that they have replaced the minibar with a vending machine for environmental reasons whilst at the same time providing individual polythene wrapped plastic cups. Worst kind of greenwashing cost cutting.
The staff were so helpful in letting me check out earlier because there was no spa, no air conditioning, no minibar and no wellness centre - as had been advertised when booking. Generally a big shout out to the reception staff who tried to make my booking a success - despite the lack of facilities

United KingdomThe facilities in the room could be improved. There was no kettle with tea/coffee, we were given 1 small bottle of water between 2 people which wasn’t replaced everyday. The hair dryer could do with being updated. To travel to central Milan can take 40 mins to an hour by tram, metro and walking. Which is hard work for a city break everyday, when you’ve been walking the whole day.
The decor of the hotel is lovely, modern and is spacious. The beds were comfy, it was quiet and clean. It would be good for someone travelling for business.
