The apartment had an outside terrace overlooking the garden. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Ideal location, Venice has so much to offer a diverse tourism market and in my opinion, three nights wasn't enough to soak up all it has to offer.

Everything was great.

Fantastic communication, immediately after booking. The communication was very clear and concise and helpful. We were advised the best way to travel from the airport etc. Paulo and Antonella were both absolutely brilliant. Very welcoming and friendly. Our apartment was great. The kitchen contained everything we needed and the location was peaceful and serene. The apartment is only a ten/fifteen minute walk to St Mark's Square.

The windows need flywire, because Venice has a lovely climate and you want to have the windows open, but it also has a lot of mosquitos.

The staff were extremely helpful. Even coming to find me when I was a little lost on arrival. Great location. Able to leave our luggage in a locker downstairs in the property. We had a lovely stay.

My only issue was that we happened to travel to apartment in April on a very warm weekend and although property has AC we could not turn it on as there were no remote controls. TV only has Italian channels which my teenage kids didn’t enjoy. We only stayed 2 nights so it was ok.

Modern, clean, comfortable accommodation comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Light and with all the essentials for a self catering stay. Small kitchen but had everything we needed.

Everything!!! It was beautiful! The service was amazing and very informative before we came. It is so well located and immaculate. It is very quiet considering it is so close to everything Loved the shutters on the window make it nice and dark and had a lovely sleep.

The noise at night but maybe it was due to the Carnival period because there were a lot of people on the streets, even during the night. Also, I am very upset about the 200 € deposit that I had to pay. I was asked for my card number and I know that this is not safe to send your card details online, however the host accepted to show my card at the check in for the deposit, but my money were blocked for 1 month an 2 days. I have received them back today, and I stayed in Venice from 2nd of February, so it is not ok at all to keep all that money blocked. It was not an issue from my bank, I was at another hotel that asked for deposit and I received my money back in 3 days, so here it is a problem.

The property was nice, well located and clean. We stayed there for 2 night at the beginning of the Carnival of Venice and at night there was a lot of noise on the street and we had trouble falling asleep. The bed was comfortable, the room was very big, the location was excelent.

The bed was a bit ‘budget’ , the mattress & base were quite thin and only a blanket was provided, not a duvet.

The beds were a bit hard but that's just personal preference!! everything was perfect.

Location was amazing, price was really competitive. Staff contacted me directly asked how I was getting there, gave me advice on travel. sent me little UTUBE videos on how to walk their and get into the property. So helpful. Apartment was amazing, perfectly located. Loved this holiday. Couldn't recommend enough!
