The shower head in the bathroom(first level) needs some fixing. There is no A/C in the first level bedroom such that door had to be left open (there was an A/C in the common room) which isn't what you would expect when travelling with others. Also there is a flight of steps to access the apartment but this didn't bother us so much as we were travelling light and did not have a lot of luggage to carry.

The location was perfect. The apartment is spacious and clean.

Vehicles aren't allowed in Venice so taxi from airport dropped us at bus station (50 euro). Our suitcase's wheels weren't up to walking to apartment easily so this bit we struggled with ( old suitcase). 10 mins walk if yours works! If you have mobility issues be warned of cobbled streets and lots of stairs over bridges! If using child stroller your trip will be less stressful with a lightweight one as hopping on/off waterbuses will be easier. This apartment is on the second floor and stairs a little steep if you have knee problems! The staircase in the flat itself might be challenging for young children as it is open plan. PS Mosquitoes rife at the bus station around 6am! Be warned!

Perfect venue close to supermarket to right of market square when leaving apartment ( hosts fruit& veg daily...superb!), waterbus to left of market square, right side of the bridge .. a 2 min walk. In the heart of restaurants, shops and a few tourist stalls. Venue beautifully quiet and we slept really well...important as one of my teens is sensitive to sound and no complaints from her! Well equipped kitchen but we ate out, so rarely used it. Hot water for shower took a little time to kick in but patience works! Host Nicoletti answered queries promptly and directions were spot on. Thank you. To left of bridge we used the gondola. Luka spoke excellent English and was happy to chat about growing up in Venice and the historical impact the gondola had. (90 euro for 30 mins) The waterbus will take you anywhere..just like the underground, but on water. Worth getting a 3 day pass for our 3 days as we used it all the time. It will also take you to the islands so you can do those independently. Airport waterbus leaves from here but starts at 730am so would have been ideal if our flight was later. Guglie is the stop you need if using airport waterbus on the way in from airport. I would recommend this apartment to anyone as it suited us perfectly 🥰

Nothing really, you have to take the luggage upstairs but that's everywhere.

The photos don't do justice to the place,it is an incredibly beautiful house with amazing ambience,the room on the upper floor is beautiful,there is a balcony. Overall experience and stay was authentic and amazing. I would come back forsure.

All was to my satisfaction. Possible improvements could be - new bath towels. The towels were clean, they were rather old and thin. A soap dish in the shower of Apartment 1 would be very beneficial

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Greeted by a friendly housekeeper. The infrastructure in the area is fantastic and just 3 3-minute walk away from the Vaporetto.

Tiny, barely usable kitchen missing basic stuff like a cutting board or a decent knife. Shower has no place to put soap or shampoo, and water gets out onto floor easily..

Nicoletta was a wonderful host. She was quick to answer all my questions. She remotely arranged the check-in and the luggage storage at the check out without any hassle or problem. Loved everything about Corte Emo. It was in a great location walking distance to everything. 5min walk to the train station. It was spacious, quiet and so clean and comfortable. Looks even better than the photos. Nicoletta was very helpful with directions and let us leave our luggage there before check in time.

The apartment is located in a perfect location close to the train station. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The host paid great attention to detail. It had two bedrooms, providing enough space for four people, and a large bathroom along with two washrooms.
