There’s a hill going up to the hotel and not suitable for people with difficulty walking or elderly.

Really lovely location, short walk to the lake, beach bar and lovely old town with lots of restaurants and gelato shops😍 Rooms are spacious and modern. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and were a party of 6 adults, plenty of room and 2 bathrooms was a bonus! Special mention to the wonderful staff and their hospitality.

What we didn't like was the water in the pool. The pool is large and looks fantastic, but the water was ice cold, so we couldn't fully enjoy it. Because of the heat, you would try to get in, but you would get out immediately as it was hard to stay in for long. The children weren't very pleased either; they would splash around for a bit and then get out to warm up. On the last day, before we left, the children said it felt a bit warmer, but it was still too cold for me.

We really enjoyed the property, especially the view from the front door of our accommodation. It was very close to the lake shore, just a 10-minute walk away, where you could stroll, stop at restaurants and stalls, buy something, enjoy a cocktail, and admire the lake and mountains. The property is very well-equipped with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay.

No fly screens on the windows. We stayed on the ground floor and could not open the blinds because people walking by could look directly into the room. Our television did not work.

There were a few spider nets with spiders in the apartment which gave the feeling that the room wasn't properly cleaned, also accept the nets it seemed clean.

We got a great room on the ground floor, right beside the pool. The view was perfect and everything was comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. By short walk, we found ourselves on the beach and near shops and restaurants. We spent there only 2 nights but could stay there for 1 week with no problem.

The walk up the hill is steep so wouldn't suit people with mobility issues.

This was the final stop of our stay after 17 days of travelling with our teenage kids through Europe and it was the perfect ending to our trip. The accommodation is lovely. We had a large apartment with a beautiful lakeside view which was extremely comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful (making early evening drinks for us to enjoy on our balcony) and it was all extremely relaxing and chilled. The pool is never too crowded and is perfect for a cooling dip. The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk down (quite a steep) hill to the lake and the promenade to the beautiful town is gorgeous. There are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from and the food was excellent. Highly recommended for a little bit of holiday luxury and definitely hope to return one day!
