Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech RepublicOur room had a door with the neighboring room, and it was not noise cancelling at all. There was an old couple in the neighboring room and we could hear everything what they were talking, like if they were in our room.
If you like sandy beaches - this place is for you. Breakfast was good , but for my personal preference there were too many sweet and not-healthy options. In case you prefer salty/more healthy breakfast - your choices are limited, even though there was a very good variety of fruits. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has a pool, it is not very long nor deep (probably 120 on one side and 160 on another), but it is good option for kids or when the sea is stormy.

United StatesWiFi was NOT available at all during our stay, very very inconvenient. Need new hairdryer, in this day and age, you can do better. Towels need to be upgraded, again should be better. Towels were thin, and rough like paper.

SwitzerlandAlthough the Staff was great, you have to wait a long time for them. It seems like there is only one person at a time and it was impossible to do all the work by themself. A little bit pricey for 3 Star Hotel. Minibar in the room was empty.

GeorgiaWe stayed there in May and when we joined, looked like the hotel just opened after the Winter season. The bed linen was damp and it was quite cold in the room. A/C didn't work and we changed the room to a sunnier one (thanks to hotel staff). The worst point is that WiFi didn't work for all 4 days of staying there and the reason was pretty funny (because of the weather conditions), that's why we had to use WiFi of the nearest hotel, which was also quite bad. As a result, I had to spend a lot of money to cover mobile internet traffic I had to use instead of Hotel WiFi.
There is an awesome breakfast at this place as well as an amazing and helpful staff. The hotel is located right near the sea.

IrelandI cannot give a review on the Hotel Condor. . I booked the Hotel Condor for my stay via Booking.com from 1st May to 8th of May inc, however on arrival the Hotel Condor was NOT OPEN for business. I was accommodated at the next door hotel, Hotel Astor - this appears to be an arrangement between the 2 hotels. The staff in the Hotel Astor were really lovely, very helpful always, all of them. My only negative comment is that the coffee from the machine in the dining room is truly awful. Fortunately, lots of options for coffee are nearby. I will be nervous from now on using booking.com that the hotels i am booking may not be open.

AustriaI was very disappointed. The pictures showed a very nice room, but unfortunately it was not as expected. There was sand in the bathroom sink, from the people before, the shower drain was clogged, the room floor was dusty, the bed cover was super super dirty, the free gifts in the bathroom were used, the breakfast was extremely disappointing (cakes with extraordinary a lot of sugar but good-looking) and dinner another disappointment, it was served in the neighboring hotel, you had to order in advance, if you wanted something to drink, it was extra you had to pay, the quality of the food was very disappointing, I don't recommend dinner (now it matters what your expectations are), another problem is the parking, which is narrow and insufficient, if you are going to leave by car, there is a high possibility that you won't be able to get out unless 4 more cars move. I personally do not recommend this hotel, whose only advantage is the beach 1 m from the hotel, but at the same time this is nature. My opinion, if you want a good hotel, walk a few extra minutes. After all, you pay some hard-earned money for accommodation. This is just my experience, maybe you will be satisfied. I personally do not recommend after my experience here!!!
You have the beach nearby, pressure at the shower and bikes you can rent, only good things for me.

GermanyWe missed a small table on the balcony.
Everything was very convenient, what we enjoyed the most was the pool and the beach. The reserved slot on the beach included in the price made our life easier. Breakfast had a diversity of food, everything very delicious, in special the pastries and the cakes. Dinner was served in the nearby hotel, but that did not bother us at all even with a 4 months baby. It was buffet for appertizers, salads and desserts, and served on the table for main course (2 dishes of your choice). The view from the bar is magnific, we enjoyed spending the evenings there with a drink instead of going out. For sure we will return.
