We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming - they offer great advice about places to visit in the area. Our room was spotless clean, good size, comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and homemade cakes as a bonus :)

Greatly exceeded expectations all of the way around. Family run operation. The two boys, Manual and Daniel, were very friendly and informative, offering conversation and advice on a wide range of subjects. They were also very accommodating to our group's requests. Highly recommend, and will look to stay here if I come back to ski (this was a summer paragliding trip).

We really liked the friendly staff and the newly remodeled room. Little things like the instant hot water maker made our stay very comfortable. And the breakfast was very good.

The family were very helpful with questions and suggestions and breakfast was good. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels/bedding changed during our stay. We had a triple room which was totally adequate for 3 skiers. The hotel has plenty of parking too.

DenmarkA very warm and welcoming place run by a charming and kind family. It's very central and close to the big ski lift. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean - and it's cleaned every day. We were there in a cold period and the room was comfy and warm. The breakfast is really good with plenty to choose from and very nice coffee. The family is very attentive to bring you coffee and fill up food on the breakfast buffet - and they create a nice relaxed atmosphere at the same time. The place is well kept and everything is neat and in order. We love Garni Ciamorc and will definitely come back!

Nice views of the mountains, we could set up our temperature in the room, it was nice and warm and we could also opet the window, which has wooden panels so you could have real darkness for sleeping.

GermanyLove everything about this place! The rooms are great - comfy, clean, great views. The family that run it make it special though - there's a real homely atmosphere here which I loved and they did everything to help me during my stay in Canazei. I was cycling round the area and luckily for me Manuel is basically a pro cyclist and was very helpful setting up my bike and giving me tips. Staying here adds a few k onto the sella Ronda route but worth it because you get to go all the way up the sella/pordoi climbs and for me they're the best ones with the best views. Amazing area to explore and enjoy and Ciamorc is the ideal base to do this from
