Breakfast was okish, 15 euros and not that much variation, there were no Scrambled egg, cucumber, tomato, fruits, a few option you had it didn’t worth 15 euros. From Second floor you cant see the view if you stuck in hotel because of rain, like we did ,you need to bend to be able to see outside.

Stuffs were nice, hotel was old but clean. Close to Braise lake.

The bio/herbal sauna didn't work. The toilet was leaking. Breakfast was too late (8 am), because the skiing resort (Kronplatz - 20 min away) opens at 8.15, so it would be better if it was served at 7.

The owner was very kind and attentive. The food was extremely delicious - best pizzas I've ever eaten, and the breakfast was really tasty (lots of choices). The location was beautiful - we had a nice view on the mountains from our room, and there is a hotel 1 km up the hill which offers even more spectacular view. The jacuzzi was great, warm and clean.

Sauna is beautiful but NOT free of charge. It is 15 eur per person but only sauna room is heated the area for resting is super cold.

The location is good-12 min from Kronplatz by car. Very good pizza is made in the hotel

Facility is a bit old. Price is a bit expensive by comparing with the other stays in our Italy trip.

The hotel locates at Monguelfo which is quite convenient to drive to Tre Cime and Lago di Braies. It has its reserved parking slots right beside the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant which serves very good pizza. Staff are friendly and helpful

Not really a complaint, more of a disclaimer that there are stairs to get up and down to the rooms. We are packed for a 3 week trip covering a lot of different climates so it was a little cumbersome with our particular size of luggage.

Sabine was so kind and helpful (and patient) with us English speakers during check in and while serving us dinner. It’s clear she cares about her guests and property. it was so clean and comfortable. Plus, a beautiful view and great food. We ate dinner at the pizzeria and were very full and happy after.

It missed the mark sadly due to the jacuzzi being freezing cold rather than hot. One of the meals was served raw pork and we were also given the wrong wine. Breakfast was sadly lacking too. Shame really

The bathroom needs a bit of an update but still everything was functional.

We were given an upgrade to a family room as as one was free; it was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and we had dinner in the hotel pizzeria which was delicious and cheap.

Breakfast starts too late (8:00) if you want to get the first ski-lifts at nearby (15km) Kronplatz/Olang. Re: check-in: I specifically entered arrival time (22:00-23:00) but got two messages from the reception while I was travelling (driving) to the hotel. Since I didn't reply to the first (at 20:48), they sent me instructions for self check-in at 22:15, a few minutes before I arrived. If the reception is open until 23:00 this is unprofessional.

The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty, the breakfast room offers a nice atmosphere and a lot of light/sunshine. The big room with the balcony is very comfy.

Hotel is noisy. Toilet flushing in neighboring room “as if it is in yours”. Room itself is ok. WiFi had some short dips but recovered fast. Furniture in the room we booked was older than the presented pictures (optics) but quality was Ok

Just the parking, but it is a hotel in the mountains so it was unrealistic to expect flat parking. Otherwise everything was great.

A genuine family run hotel, very welcoming. We arrived on our motorcycles VERY wet and the host helped move our gear to her drying room, exceedingly welcome as we were on the road again in the morning.

It was a agreat pleasure to book a room at this family hotel ! Good staff very friendly nice restaurant and pizzeria with goood pizza ! Nearly a good slope for family with children! And the others slopes at least 10min with the car ( Valdaora Kronplatz) !very clean room with sparkling linens! It was a great experience!!

Some refurbishment would be recommended for the future. However it’s in a great location, beautiful and scenic village.
