Excellent attention from the owner, he provided full details of travel from the airport and met us at the waterbus. He helped with the luggage and gave a running commentary as we walked to the apartment. The apartment met every expectation, lovely furnishings and constant hot water. He provided great detail on all aspects of Venice and answered emails by return. We, as a family, highly recommend this apartment. Thank you

Nothing. Shower could’ve been more powerful but didn’t impact on our holiday.

The host was incredible and communicated really well prior to our visit and during. He was so accommodating and ensured we had the best time from the moment we arrived. There were little extras such as Prosecco, cake, tea and coffee etc which really makes all the difference. He met us at the water taxi and looked after our bags and called us once the room was ready, he then allowed us to keep our luggage in the property on day of departure as we had a later flight! Really was fabulous!

I would just say, having also a pregnant wife, just missing a sofa! After long distance walking tours around the city, all we were missing was a sofa! As a recommendation for the future!

EVERYTHING!! The location? The house? The host? Everything was just perfect! Felt like home! Mr Paolo God bless you! As we arrived late, he was waiting for us to show us the house, constantly texting us since our booking confirmation with all the important details, offering us in his apartment not only a bottle of Prosecco and water but also nobles to combine it! When the time comes, we will definitely come back!!

The owner of the apartment met us at the pier and helped us carry our luggage. He made a cake for us; a bottle of champagne was waiting in the fridge. helped us in everything during our stay in Venice. He was ready to answer all questions at any time.

Everything was wonderful

Location was great and close to everything. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer was a plus. Paolo was amazing and so helpful. He gave us many suggestions of “must sees” in Venice and even made arrangements for us during the transportation strike to ensure we could make our next destination. Would definitely stay again.

Great location near a main waterbus stop. Very close to St Mark’s, etc. But quiet and safe. Very well equipped apartment with everything you could possibly need. Great to have use of the washing machine and dryer. Modern and very clean. Great hairdryer. Felt very at home in the apartment. But perhaps best of all was the host, Paolo, who very kindly met us after our arrival was delayed because of missing a train connection. He then gave us lots of recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. He provided more advice during our stay and was just so lovely and helpful.

This isn’t a criticism, just advice for ppl who stay there. Use the washer and dryer separately or they will trip the electricity if used at the same time. The dryer has a drawer that collects water that you have to empty at least once per load (new to us from the US) . To be safe, I would not do laundry the night before leaving.

Paolo was the best host we have ever had. Attentive, answers all questions immediately on whatsapp. Make us dinner reservations. Gave us a ton of recommendations. Left a delicious breakfast pie. Honestly he is amazing. Apt is comfortable and clean and spacious. In a great location.

Great location, immaculately clean apartment. Paolo is an incredible host, leaving a fresh pie and bottle of Prosecco for us! He gave us lots of tips and was always available by call or text. Also, having access to a washer/dryer during a trip to Europe is such a bonus.

Not one thing.

We loved everything about the apartment. The location was perfect, close to all the places we wanted to see, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our host Paolo was exceptional; from my initial email contact, to meeting us at the waterbus station and taking us to the apartment, to making us feel comfortable. He helped us resolve a problem with an unexpected change in our travel plans. Like someone said, Paolo was as much a friend as he was a gracious host.

There was nothing that we did not like. The only thing that occurred was a power breaker shut off. The owner had warned us and showed us how to reset. This was not a problem and it occurred only once. Basically you cannot have multiple AC units running while you use another high power appliance like clothes dryer running at the same time. No issue here. Just turn the AC off while you use the clothes dryer, and turn it back on once your clothes are done. It is to be expected as the building was built way before people had all these appliances. Some may find it annoying, but it is really nothing.

The owner Paolo went out of his way to establish communication with us long before our arrival. This made us more than comfortable with staying here. He met us at the ferry drop off and walked us to the property as well as gave us historical facts of the architecture and the city along the way. He availed himself for recommendations of restaurants, transportation and almost any service that you could think of. The apartment far exceeded expectations and we were surprised by our welcome gift. It had a washer, dryer that really were appreciated. The unit has been nicely renovated and has all the amenities that you could want. There was a full size kitchen and while we did not use it, the dishwasher really made clean up of glasses and dishes stress free. Location is close to Piazza San Marco and the main sites.

Property was in a fantastic location and had every possible amenity that could be wanted and more with quality top brands. our host Paolo was in contact prior to arrival to help us with local transport and met us at the boat to escort us to the property. Paolo was the pinnacle of Italian Gentleman.

Everything was perfect.

I loved everything. Its exactly what you see, read and later experience. The location is top, quick and easy to reach, the house is a wonderful super clean, tidy, venetian house with everything you´ll need, trust me. I have seen some 5 star hotels, but would not trade a day for this house. And then there´s the host, Paolo is a beautiful human being. I went for a short vacation and gained a friend. Paolo started helping before I even started travelling, then helped with everything during the stay, always available, always there for you. I can´t say enough. Truly wondeful experience. Listen to his advice.
