Nice cosy room in old Arco

The parking was a little far from the apartment (~500m at the castle's parking, we found free parking spots there as it was off season), but it is normal for such a city, we weren't bothered by this aspect. Also we didn't have wi fi at the property and we would have appreciated to have some.

Nice location close to the castle and the center, very clean room and nice bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook almost everyday. It is situated in a quiet environment, with mountain view. Communication with the owner was good at all times and e was very responsive to our needs.

The only thing missing was wifi.

The shared kitchen was good. Room was spacious and modern. Bed comfortable. Loved the balcony. A cold front came through and the landlord delivered warm doonas to each room.

There was a footpath to the property from parking, but it was okay.

There was a kitchen so we could cook and didn’t have to spend a lot on money on food. It was very clean and the location was nice.

2 chairs and/or little sidetables would be perfect. A deposit for fresh towels (in the kitchen area?) would be perfect, since some towels tend to be smelly once wet. However, great place, loved it!

It was really cold in our room. When we arrived there was only 16 degrees Celsius in the room. And it didn’t get any better. After the heating system was powered in then for the morning it got 19 degrees.

A bit hard to reach by car since it's in the historical city, so be ready to drag your luggage a bit

The location of the stay is close to the city center. The room was clean and well equipped, matched our expectations.

Location is great, free parking 5 minutes away at the parksite for the castle. The room was very clean and new but also quite basic (no addititional furniture to put clothes in). There is a common room with a kitchen and a freezer.

The apartment was perfect for one night. It has a good location close to the historical city centre and a beautiful view from the balcony. The owner was very friendly, helpful and was very fast with replying. It was absolutely clean and although the furniture was quite minimalistic it was comfortable!

The digital communication with the host was a bit staccato, but in person he was very friendly. Airco would have been nice.

My recent stay was very disappointing due to poor cleanliness and an unhelpful, unfriendly response from management. Upon arrival, I found trash left in the bathroom bin, and it was immediately clear that the bed had not been freshly made. There were visible stains on the fitted sheet, leaving no doubt that the bedding had not been changed at all. I contacted the property owner right away to report the issue and mentioned the stains. Initially, he denied that the bed had been left unmade, but then agreed to send someone to change the sheet. When I asked that all of the bedding be changed—not just the stained sheet—I was told to arrange it directly with the cleaning staff. I made it clear that I expected a completely fresh bed upon returning from dinner, as I did not want to wait for the cleaning team in my room. When I returned, however, only the stained sheet had been replaced, and the trash was emptied—nothing else had been done. Beyond the lack of cleanliness, the owner's dismissive and unfriendly attitude was particularly frustrating. The poor service and unwillingness to address basic hygiene concerns were simply unacceptable.

Problem with found park for car.

Staff was very friendly, they can spoke germany . I was have room with balcony. There is a possibility make coffee or something small coz they have kitchen.

Unfortunately, communication with the owner was difficult. We wanted to cancel due to illness. However, we were a few hours over the cancellation deadline. We had make him the offer to pay 50% and not arrive. He didn't want to do that, it's a shame that it's feels like all about squeezing out the last euro from the tourists. He knew about the fact of the illnes and write us a mail, that we have to pay the tax-fee... wtf? We will not book again here...

Location is quite and you can walk in the city by foot. Be aware there is quite of a parking problem in and arround arco.

If I have to pick one thing, it's that the rooms are not super isolated, so you can hear a bit of noise from the other rooms. Nothing a good pair of earplugs can't fix!

The location is perfect, the place is clean and close to everything you need, and the design of the rooms is cool and comfortable. The extra shared kitchen/dining room makes the place a real jewel.
