The dude at the reception told me “have some common sense” for moving to another bed even thought I hadn’t even used it. I told him I did it cuz my bed had no power plug and he told me to remove the other person’s one and use it. Maybe he should “learn some common sense” about hospitality?

It’s the cheapest in the surrounding region. However, it’s still really expensive spent almost 120 💶 for 3 nights, considering the dodgy location and sub-par facilities.

Compared to room size the 8 bed mix should not be more than 5 to 6 beds and rules must be imposed more strictly like no light or noise after mid night.

It is affordable as compared to other places in rome. The things for use were also clean like bed sheets and washroom etc.

The price for a place like this is not proportional at all, the beds are absolutely uncomfortable, there is no key to enter the hostel, and even though the place was clean it didn´t feel welcomy

The street noise could be an issue. In the morning, it could be loud and you might wake up.

I thought the location was good. I arrived late at night but they were kind to let me in. The facility was clean but because it’s so centrally located, it could be noisy.

This location is not far from the centre but looks not safety outside. There was very noisy because of the train, traffic and trams.

There was clean and the staff were very friendly.

At first, I noticed guys roaming around the hall wearing only boxers. Then it was so hot in the room and there was only a small fan which another girl had positioned it to face only her. At night another girl mentioned she saw the air conditioner was on the previous day so we called the receptionist and he came to turn it on and said if we needed to change the degree we had to call him. I can't believe I sweated so much from the heat just cause they probably wanted to save the electricity bill. I took a shower the night I stayed, and I got an infection from the bathroom even though I washed it before using it. The doctor said it was from the bathroom. It's too high of a price for what it offers. And there were just a couple of sockets. There was an extender near the bed which overheated my phone charger and it was dangerous to keep it next to the bed. Then, at night, the other girl had taken it to use it (the bunk bed above).

I didn't like much. I tried to just think I was there just to sleep for one night. I also requested to have the lower bed due to some health issues, and they did help with that. The guy/receptionist was nice and helpful.

I didn't like the comfort of the beds, there was no locker in the rooms.

Room was small for 6 people. I was sleeping on the top bed out of bunkbed and there were no stairs to help me get high. Also it was very very hot at night and air conditioning was not working.

Really nice stuff and I was lucky to have good roommates. I stayed only for one night, so it was cheap and really good for this purposes. Hostel is located in 10 min walk from metro, but also it's about 45 min walk to Colosseum.

Bathroom flush is not working

The bathrooms are outside and to get there, you have to pass through the check-in place! There is no key to the room, there is no locker to put staffs. In the kitchen no kettle to have a tea! There were no service to rent towel! The location seemed ok, but problem was that trams never runs on time, and can be delayed for an hour and even more. So you have to plan trips with one-two hour ahead, for the short 20 mins distances!

There are no lockers to keep your stuff safe. Also, you are charged for an extra blanket if you get cold.

Toilets doesn't have a bidet. The location is a very long walk from Roma Termini. Aircon is not the great.

The room is big enough. The staffs were helpful and nice.

there are no secutity for our bagage , i think they can increase the price and give as a secure place to put our stuff the woman in the standar is not nice or helpful at all.

The rooms must have keys and also the lockers he told us that we would have to buy locks for 2 euros if we want.

the cleaning of the sheets could have been better

the hostel staff was very nice and helpful person. even though I left at an early hour, she allowed me to check-in. she let me leave my bag at the hostel.

Bathrooms disrepair. sometimes there was no toilet paper. The neighborhood is too noisy due to the traffic outside. It might have been my impression but they were kind of pushing me to check out before the time limit

The staff gave a good service and they tried to help me as much as they could. The neighborhood is good despite the fact that is not so close to the main places in the city.
