We have been changing the arrival time and texted Cinzia 1 hour before arrival and when we arrived at the car park around the corner, Cinzia came personally to the car park to welcome us. The maisonette apartment is perfect for the two of us, it’s amazing beautiful and full of Cinzia’s great taste with very treasurable antique items. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a week or so, so as it’s kitchen. Cinzia also gave us great tips eating and exploring around the village. The absolute highlight is their private farm/beach/garden, absolutely stunning, figs, lemon, orange, pepper trees, just to make a few; you just get to swim in Lake Como with it all to yourself. It’s 20mins walk from the apartment but it worths it! We might stay at Cinzia‘s cottages in the garden or other apartments/house next time. Very much looking forward to return to this magical place, and nicest and most hospitable people! thank you so much Cinzia!

We loved everything about staying at this property. It was located just next to a little bar and a grocery shop - perfect for self catering. The bed was big and comfortable, the place was very clean and beautifully rustic. It felt like a really authentic stay. We LOVED going to the private garden and swimming in Lake Como from the private beach which was located 20 mins walk away from the place. Nesso is a lovely place to stay. Cinzia was a wonderful host and really helpful.

Cinzia is the best host we have had in our entire trip to Lake Comê. The place is super nice, and it really is a place to rest and the place to be. I highly recommend it.

The private beach is quite far from the property, around a 30 minute walk with a lot of elevation. Important to note that there is a rather steep climb from the center.

Cozy apartment a few minutes walk up a rather steep staircase from the center. Nice host that helped us whenever we needed or had questions.

The place was very unique and lovely. The place was clean and as recently renovated . The host was very friendly and gave a lot of information about the town. She picked us up from the main square and drove us back there after the visit. The place was located next to a shop and cafe.

The owner is the loveliest of people I’ve ever met!! The cottage is tiny but perfect in all respects!! loved the location.. loved the hospitality.. loved how clean and well equipped it was!! We are also lucky enough to experience some beautiful choir music through the mountains!! truly magical stay! would deffo go here again 🥰🥰

The location near the waterfall, the view from the appartement, the friendly host, the use of the (private) garden at the lake. Even the possibility to go for a swim in Lake Como. Comfortable appartement in the centre of Nesso.

Only few tips for improvement: It was cold (we understand that was off season stay), heaters helped a bit though but not sufficiently. Tap in the kitchen was not working properly, needs to be checked on.

Cozy place, small details that made it very special - fresh flowers, some snacks for breakfast. There was everything one can need for a stay. Convenient parking place.

The only issue we had was with the taps. They came off and we’re hard to operate. Minor issue though!

The garden that is part of the house on the lake was spectacular (but lies on a 30m walk). We really loved it. The house was very nice with authentic details. Very good bed, quiet, clean.

Very cute appartment with a great view of the lake and the mountains behind. The bathroom was very clean and looked brand new which added to a comfortable stay.

Cute little apartment, 2 levels, I was surprised that I was charged an extra 25 euros for cleanliness (I did not see in the small print) far from the lake, relatively close to a pizzeria that is highly recommended
