Communication was a bit difficult because staff didn’t speak English very well.

Excellent location on the beach. Half of the flats (the top floor) have seaview... Unfortunately mine didn't. No staff on site during winter, but all was functioning well.

The breakfast was mostly sweet/ carbohydrate based. Meat and cheese or eggs would be a good addition to provide protein. The pool was closed, which wasn't indicated when I booked. I didn't have transport other than my legs, so getting into the town for a cashpoint and getting to the bus station were very long walks on unpaved roads or an overpriced taxi.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast coffee was good. The beach is directly over the road wirh easy walking access to Scala di Turchi.

A bit of a problem to speak English but otherwise fine. The disadvantage is the location when travelling without a car. You can get from Agrigento for 30€ by taxi.

The accommodation was great, we could even wash our clothes for a small fee. The pool was great and the breakfast were delicious and the restaurant on the premises offers great food at nice prices. The beach super, few people. We walked along the beach to Scala de Turchi in about 45 min. Great.

Very small facilities for 4 adults. Staff was kind but with some difficulty in communicating with us, non-Italian speakers. Breakfast could be improved.

Some items in the room really need to be fixed - shower head - electricity sockets hanging loose - refrigerator definitely needs to be defrosted, cleaned and damaged racks replaced.

I was disappointed to find the swimming pool not open at all and the restaurant only served meals 3 evenings per week. I realise my stay was out of season, approx 3 weeks before, but, as other stand alone facilities at the resort were not open, evening dining options were limited.

Have stayed previously and this time was generally as good as the first. Staff super helpful.

The location has very poor 4g coverage, and the WiFi of the hotel is basically zero. You need to get out of the hotel if you want to either access internet or simply make a phone call.

The hotel has its own parking behind a locked gate. If you get a room on the first floor you can see the sea

There was a strong smell of stale cigarettes in the reception and the pool, while clean and inviting, was divided so that you couldn’t swim laps.

Nothing for us, We booked it for proximity to valley of Temples. It had a pool and restaurants within walking distance. We normally stay at more private places but it was fine. ,

Breakfast with limited savoury choice, only foccacia and bread without any ham or cheese. Pillows very uncomfortable... practically flat! Had a leaking Air-conditioner which the manager himself tried to fix instead of bringing a professional technician! The fact that you can't swim in the pool without a cap is a little annoying!

The location is perfect, just a minute walk to the beach. The restaurant is good, serving delicious pizzas, pasta and seafood. Coffee machine during breakfast is extremely good. Pool extremely well kept, with water being tested every hour

It was a bit noisy and it wasn't very clean under the bed.

The bar was cheap and the staff was very friendly, the pool was clean and not too busy, the beach was just on the other side of the road. We were able to walk to scala dei turchi for dinner. There was included private parking. And the breakfast view was amazing
