The walls seems to be extremely thin, paper thin. We had few sleepless nights as the baby next door keep crying all night, sound came through us like the baby was right next to you, it killed a bit our experiece.

There was a (grass) snake by the sunbeds, that surprised us. Noisy rooms.

Very beautiful view, comfortable bed, private patio, nice host, had everything we needed to prepare meals and good wifi. Got some nice rest here, close to the caprera island (recommendation of our host) and in the centre was a very nice wine bar and there are nice beaches.

Only note upfront: walls are very thin between apartments, if you get unlucky with your neighbour you may not have as good an experience.

AMAZING! NEED TO RETURN, wish I had booked my whole stay there. Service is extremely friendly, Daniel guided us to the property in his own car in front of us. The apartment does not feel too remote, does not feel unsafe - we’re two young women. Vibe is chill, no noise around from cars, city. The beach access is divine and is really 1 min away from your room. Kitchen etc is fully equipped. I’d stay here for a month if I could. You get a key to the room, clicker for gate to the property, and a parking spot. We locked everything at night. Pillows were comfy and bed was large. 100/10 for me

You had to drive to a different address on the other side of the island to check in but they did not provide the keys. The keys were supplied by Fiorelli at the property so this extra stop felt like a waste of our time.

Fiorelli had an excellent command of the English language and was very helpful. She explained everything we needed to know about the property.

This location was incredible. It's such a pretty place, with hills all around and a gorgeous little beach down a path. The property owner met us at their offices on arrival and personally escorted us to to the property to show us around, which I appreciated a lot, especially since it might not have been obvious how to get there on our own at first. We stayed three nights. If you do nothing but hang around there (a valid choice) that would be enough time, but we zoomed all over the island and explored Caprera, too, so in the end we wished we had even more time to relax at Marginetto and float in the water.

Apartments are a bit loud

Unique location with private beach. Communication with host was excellent, they drive with you to the apartment. There is a small foot path starting at the beach which leads to the rocks at the sea, definitely worth to check it out. Kitchen equipped with everything you need.

We loved everything at this residence. It is very clean, nicely decorated, very spacious, nice private little beach, very peaceful, There is a barbeque place, as well, which we have used it. Parking on side. It was definitely above our expectations and we are already thinking to come back next year

Residenza Marginetto was a dream come true. The location is beyond beautiful and we very much hope to return some day.

It would have been nice to have more help booking adventures such as hikes/guides for touring the beaches that require them. Could have used more paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels.

Perhaps the airco devices could have been cleaned more often - a some dust accumulated in the fans.

The location - close enough from any point of the island; isolated enough to be super peaceful. The beach nearby was amazing! All the facilities were great.

Room terraces were obviously right next to each other and out room was between 2 families with small kids with super noisy kids which was pretty annoying. Also “private” Marginetto beach was not so private and got super crowdy during our stay.

Area of La Maddalena is just stunning! View from the terrace to the bay was just awesome, we really enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect, nothing to complaint. :)

The seaview appartment had a very nice terrace to enjoy breakfast and dinner with a great view. The small "private" beach at the property is beautiful and quiet. Very friendly staff. The bathroom was very spacious and modern. And everything was perfectly clean. A perfect place to enjoy a couple of calm and relaxing days.
