The price of food and drinks is more expensive because of locality near Firenze. But that's casual thing anywhere I guess.

This place was really beautiful and it's a great place for rest! We enjoyed the pool and nature around us. :) We spent here one night and the room was clean and comfortable.

The wi-fi signal in the room was not good and there isn't any English menu at the restaurant(there was such only on their internet site). A lot of international guests had to use their phones to translate themselves the menu.

I like the staff there they were very welcoming but breakfast was not the best could use more stuff to eat. Also you could smell the moist of the apartmant . But the beds very divine we got an upgrade so we got a nice apartmant. Location is good if you have a car without a car wouldnt reccomend.

The bathroom was new but there was no place for a shampon in the shower and all the water from the shower went out into the bathroom which meant after showering the whole bathroom was wet.

Everything was really nice, the place, the surrounding area, we are really satisfied with the servis and really friendly stuff.

Style/colors of the building is a bit odd, but you can live with it for a few days

Ideal starting point point for Venezia sightseeing, as you can leave you car in the parking lot of the hotel, and take local transportation. But the biggest plus is the restaurant and the friendly staff.

Beautifully presented, lovely decor. Fantastic big bath and separate shower. Lovely patio straight out to a lovely private garden. The food was excellent for evening dinner and a lovely breakfast.

No wifi available in the room and no internet connection using my phone. A nice and quite place but its afar from restaurants if you need it. There are a good restaurant in the hotel.

The pool is so beautiful but I could not swim as the water was so cold. There are places for barbecue, nice views surrounding the property, beautiful view from bed looking through the door, friendly staff and was possible to seat outside (if a ground floor room) to enjoy the landscape. We stayed in a refurbished room and there was a bath in the room, comfy bed, quiet, good shower.

Beautiful location in the hills of Toscany. The rooms are spacious, the pool is lovely and refresing and the staff is set on making your holiday a succes.

We went in May and the pool was shut. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

We had a larger room attached seperate to the property. Great size and lots of space for 3 of us. Very clean the rooms were and beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good each morning. Location it’s a 20 min train journey from lastra a signa (7 min drive from the hotel) to the centre which was brilliant! Very easy journey if you have a car and take a right out of the hotel rather than follow maps to the train station! Free car park too!

Its old. You can call room typican toscan etc but it was just old room, with the smell and look of 90s motels. Shower was barely holding itself, no way to set it up, air conditioning had that smell that wasnt terrible but still you could smell it.

Breakfast was great, air conditioning was working, quiet surroundings, smiling staff. Havent used pool but it seemed okey.

The AirCon in the room didn’t work which made the night very warm and hard to sleep at times, and the hairdryer didn’t work.

The restaurant was amazing, the Ragu was the best we have ever tasted, the pool facility was also nice as well as a nice casual area where you could drink and play cards etc

The room door was not closing properly, so we could hear every single noise from the whole location. Moreover, the door at the entrance in the building (our room was right next to it) had an annoying squeaky noise when opened. The restaurant was under expectation, not worth the money.

The location is great, with nice surroundings and a cozy pool surrounded by trees and green lands. The parking is big, so no worries. The room and bathroom were very spacious, as well very clean.

The Restaurant was fantastic food was delicious pizza is very impressive. Location was great 15 min drive to the tram to Florence plenty of parking yet you were in the countryside.

Rooms would benefit of a bit of refurbishment. WiFi was not available in some rooms. Breakfast could offer some fresh fruit/juice option.
