We had a lovely afternoon and evening here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Especially loved the beautiful setting. It was a perfect spot to relax after running around in Venice. Seeing the kitties made my day !

Beautiful location, clean room and lots of storage. Relaxing by the pool and pasta at the restaurant were highlights!

The pool was not that clean and the breakfast could be improved.

Nice location with the view over wine yards and olive trees. The staff was friendly and helped out with questions.

A bit out of the way to reach if this is chosen as an overnight "on the way" hotel. One may really have to choose this place for a 2 day accommodation to relax and enjoy the serenity and the hospitality this property provides. That's it. No more grouses.

Awesome staff. Very courteous and helpful. They go out of their way at times. Issue addressal, if any, is exemplary. We had one such issue which was very nicely handled. Very big room. The entire property seems old, but they have done well to keep the rustic charm where needed and updated the other bits. Great in-house Tuscan restaurant. The swimming pool in the property is a great way to relax. Very silent that adds to the relaxation. One of the rare restaurants that seems to make in-house all their breakfast items. Eg- Scrambled eggs are made home style with real eggs unlike the shortcut 99% of restaurants take. So is the case with their Focacia and breads too. Fruits are not from a Can. Loved this attention to detail. Free parking in the entire property.

The price of food and drinks is more expensive because of locality near Firenze. But that's casual thing anywhere I guess.

This place was really beautiful and it's a great place for rest! We enjoyed the pool and nature around us. :) We spent here one night and the room was clean and comfortable.

The wi-fi signal in the room was not good and there isn't any English menu at the restaurant(there was such only on their internet site). A lot of international guests had to use their phones to translate themselves the menu.

It was quite and clean. Not far from Florence.

I like the staff there they were very welcoming but breakfast was not the best could use more stuff to eat. Also you could smell the moist of the apartmant . But the beds very divine we got an upgrade so we got a nice apartmant. Location is good if you have a car without a car wouldnt reccomend.

The bathroom was new but there was no place for a shampon in the shower and all the water from the shower went out into the bathroom which meant after showering the whole bathroom was wet.

Everything was really nice, the place, the surrounding area, we are really satisfied with the servis and really friendly stuff.

the heating system was not effective and they turn off during day time the rest room ventilation was bad and smelled bad!

Style/colors of the building is a bit odd, but you can live with it for a few days

Ideal starting point point for Venezia sightseeing, as you can leave you car in the parking lot of the hotel, and take local transportation. But the biggest plus is the restaurant and the friendly staff.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room. No extra pillows No English channel on the TV.

Beautifully presented, lovely decor. Fantastic big bath and separate shower. Lovely patio straight out to a lovely private garden. The food was excellent for evening dinner and a lovely breakfast.

No wifi available in the room and no internet connection using my phone. A nice and quite place but its afar from restaurants if you need it. There are a good restaurant in the hotel.

The pool is so beautiful but I could not swim as the water was so cold. There are places for barbecue, nice views surrounding the property, beautiful view from bed looking through the door, friendly staff and was possible to seat outside (if a ground floor room) to enjoy the landscape. We stayed in a refurbished room and there was a bath in the room, comfy bed, quiet, good shower.

I missed coffee, tea and water in the room.

Beautiful location in the hills of Toscany. The rooms are spacious, the pool is lovely and refresing and the staff is set on making your holiday a succes.

We went in May and the pool was shut. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

We had a larger room attached seperate to the property. Great size and lots of space for 3 of us. Very clean the rooms were and beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good each morning. Location it’s a 20 min train journey from lastra a signa (7 min drive from the hotel) to the centre which was brilliant! Very easy journey if you have a car and take a right out of the hotel rather than follow maps to the train station! Free car park too!
