The property was located within walking distance to San Gimignano set amongst olive trees. The hosts were warm and welcoming, their hospitality was excellent. The hosts prepared beautiful breakfast and wonderful dinners. They were so helpful in making recommendations and giving us directions. We loved the swimming pool and it was a wonderful stay!

The beds were comfortable, and we had a big room. The poolside is very beautiful with a large pool. The terrace in the morning overlooks San Gimignano. Breakfast was freshly made and very tasty! Paula is very sweet and always around if you need something. It's a 20-minute walk to San Gimignano, very close. We will definitely come again!

I loved Everything. The Tuscan buildings and fabulous gardens, the super authentic Tuscan bedrooms and the fabulous swimming pool with a view across to San Gimignano. We didn’t have a car but the local shuttle bus takes 5 mins and runs frequently San Gimignano until late evening. Paola and her team were lovely-very organised, personable and went out of their way to make sure their guests had a perfect time. I cannot praise them enough. Fantastic breakfasts in the garden with a variety of foods .. so much it was hard to eat it all! I would loved to have stayed longer and would not hesitate to recommend or to visit again. Thanks again Paola.

The only bummer was when we had to leave to go home.

So beautifully maintained with magnificent flower arraignments. The view of San Gimignano was Spectacular. There’s nothing but praise to Paola and Ledo for their caring, service and most of all the exquisite and authentic breakfast and dinners they prepared for us. We would absolutely come back here and recommend Casale Grogoriano to one and ALL. Thank you Paola and Ledo. Wevtruly live you and your place ♥️♥️

The toiletries seem to be fairly low quality

Very nice breakfast and big rooms. Convenient parking and located close to San Gimignano, but outside of a busy area. They also have an option for early checkin starting from 11 AM, which is very nice.

This has been one of the most beautiful stays ever. Wonderful people snd a really nice historical building which has been renovated in a way that the traditional elements nicely dominate the actual architecture and style. The room was well equipped and really nice. The staff is cooking fresh after preorder. The breakfast was amazing and is served in the garden.

Everything! The location was perfect, 5 minute drive to San Gimignano centre. The facilities were excellent, we loved the pool. Breakfast every morning in the garden was beautiful and Paola is an amazing cook. We enjoyed dinner on our last evening which was delicious.

I was a bit disappointed in the room. It was basic and not what I expected from photographs. There was an overpowering smell of disinfectant each day. I thought it was a bit over priced compared with other places we have stayed.

We absolutely loved the stunning view from the place we stayed at. Paula and her husband were outstanding hosts, making our 2-day trip relaxing and comfortable. Paula's cooking was absolutely delicious and we couldn't resist savoring every last bite. The wine recommended by our hosts was also fantastic. Our entire family was warmly welcomed and taken care of by Paula and her husband. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Paolo and Ledo (or Leto, apologies for not knowing the spelling) were just the best. Besides being a really beautiful and historic property, they went out of their way to help in any and every way possible. I couldn't say more positive things about them and the property.

Large clean rooms, easy parking, fantastic hosts. Had the best home-cooked breakfasts here of our entire trip. Hard to beat freshly pressed olive oil on warm bread.

A beautiful accommodation with very nice hosts who immediately make you feel at home. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and very clean. The breakfast is exceptionally good. Amazing breakfast, Paola and her husband were really kind and provided us with all the information we needed. The accommodation is located within a 20 min walk to San Gimignano but if you prefer not to walk the bus stop is in front of the building. A dream location with swimming pool in very nice surroundings.

A Lovely Boutique hotel so convenient for exploring the area. Easy Access to San Gimignano walking or shuttle bus and back to the peace and quiet of the hotel. The room was a lovely modern large space with a small outside space for a table and chairs. There are outside spaces for breakfast and by the pool. Fabulous breakfasts and great service from the staff who create a very welcoming atmosphere.
