It was a bit difficult to check-in. But it was handled.

The accommodation was good for us because of the location. We walk around 8-10 to Bari Centrale train station, and from here we took every kind of transport to visit the main attractions : bus for Alberobello, private train to Matera, train FSE to other city : Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Bridissi. The accommodation was clean, we have a common bathroom, but it wasn't a problem for us. The comunication to the host was ok, and help us to enter to the property. You can use the kitchen, which have everything that you need.

Location is okay, not to far away from main station but the walk to the main station don't really feels safe at night, by day it is not a problem.. Pillow is too high & hard for me

There was building work I. The flat below me rhat started at 7:30! I fed this back and things got a little quieter but not what you'd expect. Also the cleanliness of the bathroom and availability is completely out of tour control!

In hind sight, we would book accommodation for sole use. Sharing was not for us, as the other guests sat up until 2am talking loudly in the livingroom when we wanted to go to sleep. The other guests did not clean up after they had used the kitchen, and rubbish/food waste was falling out of the bin on to the floor.....seafood shells etc. Poor TV reception...

The bedroom accommodation was exceptionally clean and spacious. The location was perfect for the old town , train station and some very nice places to eat, visit etc. It was a nice, safe area to stay and the facilities were good.

the shared bathroom was supposed to be cleaned everyday but it was not. there was mold at the ceiling and the sink was clocked. the other guests did not leave the bathroom clean behind.

the Room itself was nice and clean. the bed mattress was quite new.

The shared bathroom between 6-7 people at the same time is not feasible at all because we couldn't really use it at the time of need/emergency, as it was occupied by others. Unchanged towels for our entire stay and the tiny TV set. A lot of keys to deal with in order to gain entry to the room. The loud neighbour that never stopped yelling.

The location was the highlight of it. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The room size quite ok. A coffee making machine, a kettle and cups are provided. There were also pots, plates and cutlery in case one wants to prepare food.

the distance to the center /theatro Marherita/ is 40 min walking, to the train station is 10 min. Nice area with a cafeteria in the the street and a store.

+ we'd often got sth broken - key to main door, toilet flush few times, sink in the private restroom - we had to write often to the owner to get the help 🤣🤣🤣 + there was no cutting board, sharp knives in the kitchen accessories + the electric kettle was broken + You have to remember about your toilet key everytime you go to the toilet 🙈

+ the prize was reasonable + the localization was perfect (near everything - train station, bus stop, centre of city) + we had an access to our private balcony plus the size of room was nice (room with two separate beds) + the intervention of the landlord in technical problems was fast, but sometimes unsucceful

This place made me sick. It was dusty everywhere, Nasty bathroom, the blankets smelled gross, and the AC didn't turn off so it wad cold and I didn't wanna use their blankets. The staff was very rude and useless. They told me to grab the mop and clean the place myself. Bonus! Dirty pillows too ...

There is no contact with any host at check-in and when I had to text them to ask why our “triple room” only had one bed, they charged us extra because we didn’t specify that the two of us required at least two separate beds and linens in our room for three. Even our booking photo had two beds, but we were forced to pay extra. The shared bathroom is used by three rooms and it was not cleaned regularly. We had to share it with some disrespectful people so it was gross.
