We loved it all - there was nothing we didn’t like.

The location was great, right within the centre of town just steps away from shops and restaurants. The window faced the outside street so you had the quite of the city away from pedestrian traffic as well. It was tastefully decorated and there were lots of ‘extras’ in the fridge for snacks and essentials. Essential supplies in the bathroom should you have forgotten or run out of your own.

The apartment is wonderful! We've been traveling regularly to Italy over 10 years. This is one of the best appointed apartments we've stayed in. The finish is pristine. Hospital clean. A bed so comfortable you want to sleep in. The hosts were gracious and responsive. We stayed 3 nights and wished we'd stayed a week. A jewel in the Citta Alta!

Very comfortable stay, in a best part of old city. Tastefully decorated, had everything we could possibly need, luxurious toiletries, soft linens. Refrigerator was stuffed for a great breakfast and snacks. Host was responsive, met us at the property and helped to park.

Beautifully decorated rooms, thoughtful extras for travelers, a fully stocked refrigerator and cabinet for breakfast and snacks. Comfortable couch/sitting area and nice dining table for meals, games, computer. Exquisitely appointed bathroom with plenty of lotions, skin treatments… fabulous.

An induction mocha or cafetiere for coffee is a suggestion (a minor quibble as there is a nespresso machine).

We were met at the station and taken to the apartment. The location is very central, but it's not especially noisey as it fronts onto a minor street and is double glazed. The furnishing and design has been done very thoughtfully and stylishly. The balcony is big enough to sit and read or for two to have breakfast. Much thought has been given to providing food for guests, and I have never seen a hotel bathroom quite so well supplied. We really enjoyed our stay.

WHAT DIDN'T I LIKE!!! Walter picked us up from the airport, really appreciated it, and took the hassle out of travel. The attention to detail was impressive, from the decor to the snacks, toiletries, cleanliness, comfort, and all-around vibe. We've never been on such an amazing rented apartment that felt like a home for our short but fun filled stay in Bergamo.

Great location!!! The apartment is very cute, very clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and communicative. They gave us a ride from the train station to the apartment..We really appreciate that🫶🏻They have yogurt, milk, pastries…etc for your breakfast, and more. Definitely a great choice to stay in Bergamo.

Everything was just perfect 😊

The apartment "Casa Vacanze Gombito" was impeccably clean, comfortable, well equipped, careffuly decorated/romantic (representing the old citty of Bergamo itself), greatly located in the heart of the beautiful old city, few minutes walk from the short cable car ride where you could get easily public bus to the railway station or even airport. The great team - hosts Rosaria and Walter were wery professional, informative and welcoming at the same time. Manny thaks!!! We were delighted !!! Highly reccomend!!!! 😊😊😊♡

Everything was great though wee word of warning. It's easy to want to spend ages in the shower but it runs off a water tank so hot water does run out if your in too long.

Excellent apartment in central location in Citta Alta yet away from the boat of the main street. Lots of breakfast options provided including milk, yoghurt, sliced meat, butter and jam. Also coffee capsules for the machine. Excellent shower and comfy bed plus lots of essentials and extras in the bathroom. Took advantage of the airport pick up which went really smoothly and got us to our destination fast. Thank you Walter and Rosaria!
