Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceThe humidity is high about 70%! There is no air conditioner but it has a roof fan, and also no hair dryer!
The owner is very kind and lovely and she (Ms. Clara) provided everything we needed. She gave us also a lovely little gift as we left the house! The house is very close to the Metro station, also the Super Market Carrefour and some nice restaurants. A last note is that the TV had IP TV Channels from a lot of countries!

Everything we needed was there. Location also very good! Near a 24/7 supermarket, a goof pizza place and the metro station. Beds were very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom which was absolutely fine. We met nice people. Thank you for having us!

GermanyInitially the entrance was hard to find, especially since I arrived at night, but that's just a minor inconvenience. The drainage of the shower was also a little clogged, but the water was very warm and it wasn't a big deal either.
Place was very clean and comfortable. It has a very well equipped kitchen, and sperated bathrooms for men and women. I was also able to check in at around 11pm.

HungaryWe stayed for 3 nights, it was really nice. A cool bonus is that the building is actually a music school and I found that so exciting! (Don't worry, you don't hear anything unless you want to, as they have noise cancelling doors and equipment everywhere!) The lady who welcomed us was super nice and communicative and even though we arrived a bit earlier than agreed, it wasn't a problem, they made extra efforts to have the room cleaned for us as soon as possible. Overall very nice experience!!!

PortugalIt's a bit uncomfortable to have papers all over the house saying "you should clean your mess! don't use this, don't do that, after using the bathroom take your hair out", it doesn't make you feel at home (it's obvious that you have to clean your mess!!) Attention to the check in time! If you want to check in after 10pm you have to pay.
Everything was clean. It's 3min walk away from the metro (red line - stop: Turro). There's a carrefour open 24/7 - 5min walk away.
