Excellent location! A short walk from the train station and you are in the hub of activity and this accommodation. Close to restaurants, bars and shops for browsing. The hosts also communicate well and are lovely people.

Everything was fine; we have no complaints.

The apartment was very clean and neat and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay of a few days. It is right on the main street surrounded by eateries, shops, and key sights. I could do my shopping and pop by the apartment to leave my shopping or to have a short rest. Despite it being on a bustling street, the apartment was very quiet as the windows have double glazing. The hosts personally met me on the corner of the street as I wasnt sure where my taxi should drop me off on arrival. They provided a very warm welcome and left us with drinks and snacks for our stay. They also provided sturdy umbrellas which came in useful on a few days when it rained. On the last day I had left my jacket behind and the host hurried by in the early morning to retrieve it for me.

The location was fantastic. Right in the centre of Sorrento. Easy to walk to everywhere including the harbour to get the ferry to Naples,Capri or Positano.

We had a brilliant stay! The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean, with a very spacious bedroom and highly effective AC/central heating. It is clear that the property is well cared for and guests' needs have been thoughtfully considered eg guidebooks, hairdryer, washing machine, restaurant recommendations etc. There were even some food and drink supplies very generously left for us - much appreciated! :)The location is excellent - the apartment is very central but because it is down the end of Corso Italia which does not have on-street parking or traffic passing, it remains nice and quiet. It is only about 10 mins walk from the bus and train station which is convenient for getting to the major sights/Naples/airport. The hosts, brother and sister Claudio and Maria Teresa, were so warm, welcoming and kind. The communication to arrange our check-in was simple and seamless, and although we had no problems during our stay, we were very confident that Claudio and Maria Teresa would have been there if we needed them at all. We were sad to leave Sorrento and Casa Scio, but left relaxed and with lovely memories. Would recommend this apartment and these great hosts!!

Nothing at all.

The flat is in the middle of the city. Convenient for transport, groceries, restaurants, beaches. Very nice part of the city centre. The location is the best part of this property. Once you are in the room and doors are closed, the noise disappears because of the double glazed doors at the balcony. The flat itself is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. The washing machine works well and there is an area for drying the laundry. The flat is very spacious. It is on the first floor so you do have to walk up steps. The hosts are a really lovely, kind and polite couple. They left a bunch of food items for us. It was a surprise for us so we won’t say what they are or it will spoil the surprise. Their hospitality has touched us and left us with the best memories of Sorrento. They also left lots of washing liquid for the washing machine which was really helpful. Oh yes, beds are comfortable, and that includes the double sofa bed that my son slept in.

It was in a great location, on the pedestrian street right in the centre of Sorrento but very quiet at night. The owners left a lovely welcome pack, even beers in the fridge.

We received such a warm welcome by Claudio and his sister Theresa. They showed us the aparment and told us how to use the appliances. They also welcomed us with free bevarages, pasta and bread. The location was AMAZING! Close to everything. Apartment so clean and nice decorated with lovely details. I really recommend this place and will absolutely stay here again when I am back. Thank you Claudio and Theresa for taking such good care of us and made our stay so memorable.

As others have said in their comments - Claudio & Teresa were brilliant hosts. They met us at the apartment and gave us plenty of info about Sorrento and the area. They also left a big supply of bottled water and various snacks & treats. They also had the fridge stocked with fruit juices and several bottles of beer! They gave the apartment a full clean halfway through our stay as well, which was hugely appreciated. They also left us a lovely wee gift of some local Limoncello, which will go down quite nicely now we're back home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room for us. The air conditioning was overworked but did it's job fantastically, and was great to get back to a cool apartment every day! We didn't use the cooking facilities but the kitchen area was well set up. Casa Scio is central to Sorrento without being absolutely in the centre. It's on Corso Italia - one of the main shopping streets, and has several pubs and restaurants right outside the door, including the lovely Cafe Latino, which is set in a lemon grove and serves delicious food. A very short walk brings you to the market streets of the old town. Sorrento itself was busy, as expected, but not ridiculously so. We would definitely stay in Casa Scio again, it was all we needed for our time in Sorrento, made even better by the attentive hospitality of Claudio & Teresa.

This is one of the best properties in Sorrento. It is centrally located in Corso Italia, the main pedestrian street with all the shops and cafes/restaurants. It is so clean and spacious, it includes two small terraces/balconies, it is very comfortable. Claudio and Maria Theresa are such caring hosts, they helped us with everything we asked, they were very quick to respond, they left us water, beer, coffee, food, and let us leave our luggage before check-in. All in all, I could not have envisioned a better place to stay in Sorrento, the value of Casa Scio is incredible!

The water heater didn't work properly so it was hard to take a shower sometimes.

Claudio and Maria were fantastic hosts before and during our stay,explained everything to operate in apartment,extremely clean apartment,perfect location on a Main Street but it is quiet as balcony and apartment faces a courtyard,comfortable bed/pillows,some snacks and drinks complimentary,also gave us a beautiful gift,walking distance to everything,fridge,washing machine,toaster oven ect in apartment,separate bedroom//living area,little balcony to hang washing,fast wifi,good a/c,highly recommend,if we are ever in Sorrento again we will stay here…thank you Claudio and Maria

A lovely apartment in the centre of Sorrento, easy to access shops, restaurants, cafes and tours. The hosts were very kind, and the apartment was clean with everything you may need. It was quiet for sleeping, good size comfortable bed. Having the washing machine was very handy. Highly recommend for a stay in Sorrento.

Absolutely nothing!

Casa Scio was in a fabulous position in Sorrento, easy walking distance to all the main sites, marinas, restaurants etc. Hosts, Claudio & Maria-Terese, were so very hospitable and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble! The supplies they welcomed you with were plentiful…beer, wine, water, juice, yogurt and all sorts of other basic food items. So very generous! Due to 4 days of continuous rain we couldn’t dry our clothes outside so on request they supplied a brand new clothes airer for our use. The apartment was so very very clean as well. Would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Casa Scio to anyone looking to visit the Sorrento area.

Claudio and Maria were wonderful hosts. I received a really warm welcome when I first arrived. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable and in a great location. Claudio was very responsive and helpful before and during my stay. They are some of the nicest people I've met during my trip in Italy. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Sorrento and will recommend this place to all my friends and family

The apartment is cleaner than a hotel with lots of towels and blankets for the March weather. It is in an amazing location, right on Main Street, but it remains quiet as the windows and balcony are on a courtyard. We appreciated the facilities including the hairdryer (with diffuser for curly hair), washing machine, and basic groceries for the first night!

First of all the brother and sister team that welcome you and are your hosts are great. They can't be more helpful and friendly when you check in and during the stay. They even give you a welcome gift, stock the fridge with drinks and snacks - so very thoughful. The accommodation itself is freshly renovated so is very clean, comfortable and tasteful. Everything is included for self cooking (toaster oven, cooking utensils, fridge etc), washing machine and a separate bedroom/living. WIFI is fast also. Location is in the centre of old town, barely a short walk from heaps of restaurants, cafes and shops. Walk out the door and you're on the bustling street! If you're staying in Sorrento I would thoroughly recommend Casa Sciò.
