not very close from a big terminal, but very close from a bus stop

very centrical, very quiet city zone. This is what I expected from rooms belonging to a sacred House. Nuns are very warm and with good disposition. . Brekfast is very good, but the most important thing is they give you the key from your room, so you can go to dinner and return whenever you like. for me was the perfect solution for a crowd city,

The only feedback I will offer is to expand on your hotel description. it wasn’t very clear when booking, that it is a religious facility and convent. There is religious iconography everywhere which was fine but it might be of valuable to some people to know this beforehand.

Everything was very good. For breakfast there were all needed basic things, so we have always could choose something. The room was very clean, air co was working well, there was quiet at nights. 10 minutes to metro station so traveling around the city was easy. Close to shops, bars.

It is very very clean, in a quiet side of Rome. Sisters were super friendly and the neighbourhood safe.

Noise travels easily through the building at night so be sure to take earplugs. Other guests were incredibly inconsiderate and were either slamming doors or watching TV/playing music at loud volumes into the early hours. The people directly above sounded like they were moving furniture around for half the night.

Spacious clean rooms with excellent ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe space and a comfy bed. Room service kept toiletries well stocked and room clean. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was basic but included cereal, croissants, toast, cakes, tea, coffee and fruit juices and was served 7am-10am. Friendly staff. Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood located about 15 minutes walk from either San Giovanni or Re Di Roma Metro stations.

Great location, I was able to move around easily, it's in a quiet and secure neighborhood and close to minimarkets and restaurants. Casa San Giusseppe is a place that inspires peace and allows you to rest deeply after touring Rome during the day! The friendliness of the staff and the sisters is incredible, I would return without a doubt!

It’s far from the nearest train station, but I’m in Europe not to be lazy and I don’t mind the steps.

I was greeted at the door by a nun, which was a first (and really cool). The receptionist was very kind. The interior is very luxurious, mostly marble and carpeted. The room itself was more that enough for me, and the bathroom was incredible (although my hairdryer didn’t work; I was only staying one night, otherwise I would have told them and I believe they would have immediately fixed it. It’s also right up the road from a laundry mat, which has a super nice couple working there, and washed, dried, and folded my clothes for only €10.

A unique experience! When I made the reservation, I wasn't paying attention and didn't know that the location is managed by nuns, but it was a very, very pleasant surprise. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds, quiet, close to restaurants where locals came to eat. When we return to Rome, we want to stay here again. Was soooo nice !

Breakfast: nothing very healthy on offer - but this is often my experience in Italy. Lots of sugar on everything.... Need to offer something for those of us who don't need/want sugar please.

The place was very clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. (One member even spoke Hungarian :) ) The hotel is situated closer to the "ancient" part of the city which I found a better environment for staying than the inner city. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely go back again.
