The hotel/furnitures were kind of old but they were cleaned well so it was okay for me.

The rooms were small but it was enough for me. The cleaning staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast was good, you have plenty of time and options to choose from. There were some restaurants close but I would recommend always making reservations because even though it is not a touristic neighborhood they tend to be full. The place is also 5 minutes walking distance to metro and there are buses nearby so it was easy to access.

Breakfast isn't great. Buns are hit and miss. They can be a bit stale and dry. I'd say they are leftovers from a bakery at the end of the day or something. Mattresses are hard enough. It's a cheap price but don't expect your getting a fantastic bargin. It's wort the money for the location but it's no hidden gem for the money. You have to be back in by 10. Not a problem for us but would be if you wanted to see some of the city by lights.

It is in a great location. Metro is only down the road to go anywhere you want. Rooms are a nice size. Nice and quite

Location - need to enter a block of buildings and search - could be greater if further information was provided eg. How to find the reception among the buildings Facility - Need a bit more information eg. how to leave the building. Later, I learnt that this is very common in Italy but struggled to find a way out from main building Shower head holder was broken - i am short so didn't have much issue with me

Staff - friendly and helpful Location - walkable distance to Vatican (for people love walking). Close to metro and bus station. Have a small market and restaurant open till late nearby. Facility - stayed another building that has a lift. Only and first place providing breakfast at this price. I saw some people complained about breakfast, but honestly speaking, it was a decent breakfast; and I loved it.

The breakfast had too many sweet options cake, cake and more cake. Signage outside of property was none existent therefore very difficult to fine.

Very basic property but spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Great location for bus or metro I to city centre

Finding the property is not easy. Only one chair in the room when two people are staying. Key management process is slow and cumbersome.

Breakfast was excellent; the location was quiet but handy for the metro.

No fridge but it was not a problem because we are always not in the hotel.

The Location, near the city center, very cheap price, the staff and over all it is a good stay and very convenient. The room is also air conditioned.

Room decor was a bit dated but it very clean. The bed was slightly firmer than I would have liked but that was a minor issue.

Very reasonable price and well connected to public transport. It was a mere 6 min walk away from the metro station and it took only 22 mins door to door to the city centre or Termini. There were also excellent direct buses to take you to the city centre too. It was about 30 mins walk from Vatican. Check in was easy and they were very accommodating. They said their check in closes at 11pm but we got unexpectedly delayed by the Italian trains and they were extremely gracious about us coming at 1140pm (after calling them in advance of course). Breakfast every morning was a large selection of sweet pastries, yogurt, ham, cheese and there was a coffee machine. The hotel is run by nuns and they are accepting of everyone. The room was spacious. Shower was excellent to use. WiFi worked perfectly. We would happily stay again if we were in Rome.

The water pressure was bad, the breakfast is very mediocre but still better than nothing

Situated a few minutes from the vatican city and from the metro station, the location of the property is great. It’s composed of several buildings next to each other and is located in an entry way so it’s quite calm

Everything was fabulous! We were off the beaten path, but we were in walking distance of the Vatican, which was great!! We could also easily take the bus out metro into the city centre.

Very welcoming, patient, and helpful. We arrived late and all the parking was taken, but they went out of their way to allow us to park in a different section of the property. They were extremely kind and helpful whenever we asked questions or needed anything.

I consider myself great with directions but this place was pretty hard to find and I wasn’t provided with check-in instructions, which would’ve been helpful. As stated, it’s in a gated estate and you need to buzz a doorbell to be let in, then you still need to find the building (that part is a bit easier once you’re inside the gate) I would’ve really appreciated a photo of the doorbell/gate that I need to check into as I got a bit lost while carrying my bags, making the check-in slightly stressful. Also, my bed was extremely creaky and there is barely any soundproofing. Not a problem as I had great neighbours but I did feel conscious of any noice I was making.

It is located in a semi-quieter part of Rome within walking distance of the Vatican and plenty of public transport options (metro and buses) to get into the main city. Daily cleaning is provided and there are many food/grocery/laundry/cafe options around. It is in a gated estate and the staff are very nice/welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was simple but great, juices/cereal/ coffee machines/baked goods and fresh deli meats & cheese, good for the price.

    1) The outside entrance stairs are steep. If someone could help carrying the luggage up or down ,that would be awesome! 2) Taxi should be allowed to pick up passengers in front of the hotel. Today, my wife and I had to carry our luggage from below, climb uphill ,up to the gate ; very tiring for 2 seniors! Anyway, thanks for the hospitality!

Very helpful staff and gentle. They have helped in every possible way.

The city tax is quite expensive, which is a drawback. Since it's determined by Rome, it's not the hotel's fault."

"The nuns kept the rooms and bathrooms clean and tidy every day, and they also changed the towels daily. I am sincerely grateful. Some people mentioned that breakfast only had bread and pastries, but on the first day of our 3-night stay, we enjoyed warm croissants & chocolate jam-filled pastries, which were delicious. We also had long and chewy baguette bread, along with two types sliced of hams, and cheese, lemon slices. The coffee machine offered various coffee options such as cappuccino, latte & espresso which we enjoyed. The location in Rome was great, and considering the excellent breakfast provided, I don't understand why some people would give negative reviews. This is a wonderful hotel run by fantastic nuns. Thank you."

Difficulty finding the property, as it is located within a condominium. There is a staircase to access the reception, making it difficult to carry suitcases.

Good location. The breakfast was good and with a variety of products. The room was a good size and very clean. It was possible to leave bags at the property before check in time.
