This accomodation was fantastic! The location was very close, less than 5 minutes from the San Zachariah ferry terminal. Fantastic communication with the owners. Luca, one of the owners provided advice on how to get to the room via ferry and met us at the ferry terminal and walked us to the room. This made for an easy check in. It has a lift. Very rare for Venice. The location was close to the theatre, Rialto Bridge and St Marks square. Lots of restaurants and bars near by. We walked everywhere. If travelling in September keep an eye out for public transport strikes. We thankfully avoided it by leaving early. The suite was lovely. Felt more like home. It surpassed our expectations! There was literally nothing at all that I didn't like about this apartment.

I loved the location of this apartment. It was near the centre with lots around it. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. I particularly loved the balcony overlooking the canal and Gondalas.

Well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Our hosts were super helpful. Having a wee lift was also great for those in our party who struggled with stairs.

Fantastic! Would not hesitate to stay here again. Luca was so helpful prior to our stay and during. happy to answer any questions and make recommendations. The balcony, although only room for standing, was lovely and we did actually stand on occassion and watch the gondalas go by.

The air conditioning wasn't particularly effective, given that the average temperature when we travelled was 29° however we made do with our travel fans and it didn't detract from our stay at all.

The apartment was beautiful, very well appointed and really comfortable. Alessandra, one of the owners, was beyond helpful, meeting us off the water bus to walk to the apartment and was full of very helpful advice. She left us little treats, bottled water and a sweet little gift for my daughter as I said we were celebrating her birthday. The apartment couldn't be in a better location, close to the main attractions, water transport and lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The shower was amazing after a hot day of sightseeing!

Luca met us from the boat and took us to the apartment which was very central. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. There was a lovely balcony overlooking a small bridge with Gondolas. I can not recommend this apartment and the host highly enough. The whole experience was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern, comfortable, amazing location. Luca met us at the San Zaccaria stop to greet and walk us to the apartment. He was so warm and welcoming, even helping us plan the correct Vaporetta for our departure. The apartment is nothing short of incredible, both with respect to its beauty and its perfect location. We were happy with everything!

Property was in a great location, easy walk to everything. Able to walk with suitcases from vaporetto and water taxi without going up and down stairs. Has a lovely view over the canal with a gondola stop right outside the front door. Was very spacious with everything we needed, we felt very much at home! Luca (host) met us at the water taxi in the pouring rain and helped us find our way to the apartment which we were very grateful for, Venice is a big maze!
