We were happy with everything!

Property was in a great location, easy walk to everything. Able to walk with suitcases from vaporetto and water taxi without going up and down stairs. Has a lovely view over the canal with a gondola stop right outside the front door. Was very spacious with everything we needed, we felt very much at home! Luca (host) met us at the water taxi in the pouring rain and helped us find our way to the apartment which we were very grateful for, Venice is a big maze!

Location was great. Large room. Modern and very clean! Owners were great. They met us at the vaporetto stop. Even had umbrella's when it was raining upon arrival. Were reachable at any time via Whatsapp.

Clean, comfortable, great art work, great shower! Close to many tourist sights, nice restaurants and coffee bars. Beautiful building! Helpful hosts, we were met at the vaporetto stop and walked the short distance to the apartment. The owners were available for all of my questions - thank you!

Floor boards a little noisy if moving around & don’t want to wake other but this was a minor observation. Would be great to have some extras pillows.

I liked everything - location, cleanliness, host's kindness and support. The apartment is located in the very Venicien building (Palazzo Veneziano) while it is a living building where locals leave. A lot of places to eat around,. Very close to San Marco and Dodge Palace.

Noise from outside and inside of the building, there was a bath, but not enough water to fill in the bath.

Omg this apartment is everything it's absolutely perfect. Clean, large, and has everything! Obviously, it's right in the heart of Venice as well, with eateries right outside! The view of the canal from the large windows in the apartment is amazing! The fact the apartment had a washing machine was also great! The bathroom was large and the shower was great!

Our hosts were more than incredible, they met us at the water taxi to take us to the apartment. They answered every question we had, AND provided us excellent restaurant recommendations around the area. Would absolutely stay again if we find ourselves back in Venice! Also the apartment is in such a great location!

We liked it all except that we had planned on doing laundry since the apartment has a washer, but unfortunately when we arrived we were told that there was a leaky pipe and not to use the sink or washing machine. Yes, this was an inconvenience, but they were so kind about it; they refunded some of our payment. They were very kind and accommodating.

The location is fantastic. The apartment is roomy and clean. We enjoyed opening the little doors and watching the gondolas pass by. Great value.

Only thing that would have been nice is if the room had a small fridge but honestly, that's just trying to find something that might be viewed as a negative.

Fantastic location, just 5 min walk to St Mark's Square and 2 min walk to San Zaccaria. Host (Luca) was great in meeting us at the vaparetto stop to walk us to the apartment. Highly recommend staying here.

Little noisy at night due to noise from the street level but it quiets down later in the evening.

Excellent two bedroom flat. Very well located. Less than 5 minute walk to the vaporetto stop. Only one bridge to cross with luggage. The building has a lift. 5 minutes to St Mark’s square. Stored our luggage the day we left for the entire day. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location. Luca came and met us off the boat and walked us to the apartment which was 3 minutes. So helpful always there if you needed support. So much nicer than hotel, it was like home from home. Location was a 2 minute walk to St Marks square and all main attractions. Would totally recommend and thank Alexandria and Luca for your hospitality. Lynda and Dom England
