The property is clean and spacious, in a great location with the best views. The host(s) couldn’t do enough for us, we arrived prior to the check in time and were able to leave our bags at a local shop they run, once the room was ready we were picked up with bags in hand and driven to the location, this was an absolute blessing considering Bellagio is very hilly with plenty of steps. Tomaso also baked my partner a wonderful chocolate cake to celebrate his 30th along with plenty of other thoughtful touches such as wine and gifts, even the keys to the apartment have Maps and recommendations via an NFC which which came in very handy, the morning of departure the hosts graciously picked us up again so we could catch the ferry to the next stop on our tour of Italy, what an incredible stay and I can not stress enough how wonderful a service that was provided, we will speak of this for many years to come. Thankyou!

Nothing, it’s perfect. The only thing that could affect your decision is the location being up a hill, so it would not be for people who have difficulty walking.

Lovely bright, light and spacious apartment. Tomaso is so friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to help us check in early as we had a wedding to attend. We were also allowed to store our luggage on our check out day. The apartment had everything you would need including extras - water, coffee, toast and jam and even a bottle of Prosecco! The location is about 15/20 minutes walk out of town, about 8 minutes away there is a restaurant and a bakery and a shop. The walk into town is lovely with scenic views, and it is nice to be out of the busy town as it can be quite loud.

The property had everything we needed and more! The rooms were beautiful and it just felt like home away from home. The host, Tomaso, was very accommodating and kind and always ready to help when we needed it. I highly recommend this place. It’s not far from the center and you get a balcony with an amazing view for your morning coffee or evening pre drinks before hitting the town. It was a really great experience overall. 😊

We absolutely loved Casa Margherita- the whole experience was exceptional! Tomaso in particular was so welcoming - with every single detail considered. He was soooo friendly and focused on providing an excellent experience for his guests. The apartment was amazing too- it was very spacious and light. It was immaculately clean and not to mention the amazing views from the multiple terraces - of mountains and Lake como. The apartment has all the mod cons carefully thpught out- air-conditioning, USB ports by the beds, everything you need for an easy stay. Tomaso provides proper coffee and a Mocca, as well as coffee machine with pods plus a range of teas and some small breakfast snacks. Also a bottle of fizz on arrival. It is also in a quiet neighbourhood only 800m from Bellagio Town - Tomaso gave us tips on short cuts and nice walks to other places such as San Giovani. We can't recommend Casa Margarhita enough, thank you Tomaso - it really .ade our trip to Como special!

The location is nice but wasn't quite walking distance to the town center. However given the price difference for units in town it was well worth it. Also, was a very short and easy drive.

The unit was simple modern and impeccably clean. The Host laid out an arrangement of crackers, cookies and jams/spreads for breakfast/snacks as well as as bottle of prosecco and juices. There was also coffee available in grounds for a traditional coffee maker and capsules for the automatic makers.

I really enjoyed my stay at casa Margherita. Tommy is such a helpful friendly host. Very nice person. The accommodation is situated at a Great location as well with amazing Mountain Views right outside the window. The accommodation has all the amenities you need for a getaway. Highly recommend!

Casa Margherita has a very easy access, it’s easy to have a parking place as well. The living room is spacious with a view of part of the lake in the distance and a view towards the mountains. The photos match the reality. It’s very clean. Casa Margherita is a walking distance to the center of Bellagio. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Tomaso is a great host! Always there when you need anything. Great hospitality! Grazie!

Tomaso our landlord was a fantastic host and is absolutely exceptional in how he looks after his guests. From the outset he took great care to ensure we could enjoy a relaxing stay. He was in touch before our visit and was there to welcome us warmly on arrival. He had gone out of his way to ensure every detail was covered and arranged that all supplies were left for cooking dinner, breakfast, drinks and had also added very thoughtful extras with a bottle of prosecco and wonderful cakes, card etc for my parents as they were celebrating a special occasion. He sent on all information regarding places to visit, eat, ferry timetables and shopping. He offered on numerous occasions to assist us if we needed anything at any time or a lift to the supermarket. He is an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we were so well looked after. The apartment itself was excellent, really lovely, extremely clean, spacious and comfortable with all details thought of and all extra supplies left in bathrooms and kitchen. It is away from the crowds with a delightful view from the balcony, so nice and quiet and felt very safe. It is also a walkable distance to the town and ferry port in about 12 mins with a very scenic view. Tomaso also arranged for mid stay cleaning and changing of bedding, towels etc. mid-way through our stay which was a great bonus. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely property and you would go a long way before you would find such an accommodating Landlord as Tomaso and his lovely family to ensure you are well looked after.

Tomaso, our host, thought of everything. He provided everything that you would need and more. The location was great, away from the crowd. Tomaso picked us up from the ferry and delivered us to the property. It was very clean. He left us some breakfast, water, champagne and more. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs but the service he provided was above and beyond anything we have experienced. Excellence!!! We would definitely stay again.

Tomaso the host was exceptional. He is an excellent communicator, he provided many hints and suggestions for activities and food in Bellagio and the surrounds. He personally picked us up from the ferry and took us to the property and showed us the facilities. He also provided a lift back to the ferry on departure and offered any help he could provide to make our stay more pleasant. The property is on the outskirts of Bellagio, away from the crowds. However it has all the requisite facilities including kitchen , 2 bedrooms, aircon and washing machine. He also supplied ground coffee for the Moka pot, coffee pods for the coffee machine, biscuits, wine and other local biscuits. The views of the lake were spectacular. Great internet service and TV plus games for holiday activities were also included.

The Casa Margherita apartment was very comfortable for our family of four and exactly as described. It is an easy walk to town. Tomaso is a wonderful host and makes himself available for any questions or requests. We enjoyed the prosecco and the breakfast treats, coffee and tea that were provided. We can't wait to come back!
