We loved our stay at Casa Leopardi. A very spacious apartment with everything you needed. It was well located, a very short walk to all the main sites. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Florence. Alessandro was helpful and good with his communication also.

This may have been due to the football event that was happening in the neighbourhood during our stay but the alley was very noisy late into the night. The apartment itself was a bit dark for us without much natural light. There are not many places to store clothes or suitcases so we just left everything in the cases during our stay.

We loved having the coffee maker in the room but I’m not sure the bags of crisps and packaged bread can really be called breakfast. Snacks seems more appropriate! We loved Caterina’s helpfulness, responsiveness, and excellent recommendations for our stay. She was extremely helpful and kind. We thought the location of the apartment made it easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

It was okay for us but the stairs to the apartment can be a challenge for some. We had extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases so ended up not using them and it would have been nice to. Although we really enjoyed the stay and Firenze is obviously expensive, it was definitely not cheap.

We had a really pleasant stay at Casa Leopardi. The location close to Santa Croce was convenient and nice. Alessandro was really friendly and helpful. The room decor was beautiful and made us feel like we were in a truly Italian place. Our room had a small kitchen with a few treats which was nice too.

All was perfect. The room was large enough, the bathroom had no window but was awesome anyway. Coffee and tea were given, a really good coffee machine as well. Staff was very nice, gave us a lot of very useful information and allowed us an early check-in. If I will return to Florence I’ll be back for sure.

all Florence buildings are pretty old, we need to admit it, but it is pretty convenient and comfortable. The room has a kitchen, which is supper convenient, we can cook. It has a bus station just down the building and has a market in 3 mins walk. The location is good, close to Uffize gallery. We can walk to most of places. Alessandro and Catherine are very friendly and helpful. Catherine help us to bring two big suitcase to upstairs since no elevator, thanks a lot! And Marco helped us to bring suitcases downstairs. The staff did not clean the room for communication error, Alessandro came at night to help us get new towels and water.

Soundproofing could be better (you could hear what was going on in the other apartments, especially loud music or parties) and the fact that the apartment is at the 3rd floor without elevator. Overall ,these facts didn't affect our stay, though.

Excellent location , spacious bedroom with big bathroom, very close to the city centre. Comfortable and big bed, was a plus. Was cleaned once in our 4 day stay , which was quite important. Santa Krocce church is very close and there are many options for food and drink. The host, Alessandro, provided us with info regarding where to eat, and all his recommendations were excellent. Would definitely come back in the future.

The location was absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to walk to, including most tourist attractions and the Fiortina game. It was super clean and warm and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. It was amazing!

The apartment is in a great location. Close to all the sights and good restaurants. 20 minute walk to the train station. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Room had air conditioning too! Liked using the old skeleton key to lock the door! Excellent place to stay. This apartment is a 10!

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Leopardi, it exceeded our expectations, the bathroom and shower were fantastic, the bed was comfortable and large. There is a fridge and safe in the room as well as air con. The hosts were lovely and approachable and always on hand with advice and recommendations. I'm really struggling to think of anything negative. Only thing I can think of is that I have a back injury and I have a hard time with new mattresses. But that isn't a negative for this room, mattresses are very personal, I've very rarely found a hotel mattress that worked for me. Most people would probably find it absolutely fine.

Alessandro was such an attentive, thoughtful host. Had fantastic suggestions for us, helped us with our bags, and really seemed interested in our questions and how he could help us. The property also has lovely thoughtful little touches, like wet wipes and cookies in the hallway. Also, the hotel was in such a perfect location - 5 min walk from the cathedral, around the corner from several excellent restaurants, but on a quiet enough street that we didn't feel like we were under attack from revelers at night. Alessandro offered us guide books and maps, showed us where a taxi stand was, described how to get to the meeting spot for a tour we had booked, and recommended a beautiful spot to watch the sunset from. We are SO grateful!

The location is fabulous - close to bars, restaurants, museums, shopping and especially Piazza di Santa Croce. The guest house is situated on the 3rd floor of a quiet residential building so you get an experience of living in an authentic Florentine apartment. Alessandro was really helpful, and gave me a warm welcome. He helped with my suitcase up the floors and gave me some great tips for restaurants nearby. He and his gf own a bar nearby which I recommed to try out! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay - I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back in Florence.

Everything! First of all, Alessandro helped us with the luggage. He gave a lot of tips! The room had some bread, coffee, water, juice, etc. The room is big, very comfortable and close of all interesting points of the city! Perfect place!
