We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWe found Casa Ferdinando apartment on the Internet. The owner Antonio (Ferdinando is his cat), was extremely cooperative. He was so nice, and he welcomed us on time. The apartment is located at a very good location, and the rooms are so beautifully designed. Antonio gave us everything we demanded for, extra towels etc. The apartment had all basic amenities and AC were in all 3 rooms in really good condition. Before leaving Antonio arranged us a cab as well for our Flix Bus station, and it came on time. He is a gem of a person, and his apartment was just beautiful. We also tried the restaurants he suggested and we loved them. Thank you so much Antonio.

IrelandThere was some misunderstanding regarding the check out timings as on Booking.com we saw it was flexible check out timings, but this was not the case. Check-out timing is around 10:30am, we had to clarify this with the host. However he was very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags at the accommodation and then delivered it to us later.
The location was perfect as it was close to public transport pickup points, including the main train station. The host was very kind and made arrangements for us to stow our luggage away for the rest of the day after checkout, he also called us a cab to the train station.

We really liked to stay at Casa Ferdinando for our stay in Naples. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Antonio is a friendly and great host who helped us with our baggage when we arrived a bit early, but also during our stay when we had questions, and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. We would definitely book it again.

NetherlandsThere was not a lot of sunlight in the appartment but im not sure if that's possible in Naples, the owner did not speak english very well (but he does do his very best to communicate via signs), one of the beds is smaller it is not for two adults, to get to the bathroom from the living room you have to go trough the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a problem with humidity (our clothes did not get dry).
Very beautiful appartment with nice furniture, clean, perfect location the most important things are just a 10 min walk, tast baker nearby and very friendly and helpful owner.

SpainThe apartment is perfect for 4 people small people, the sofa-bed could improve a bit as the two people sleeping there had a bit of pain in the back after 3 nights, if that improves will be perfect for 5!
Antonio and Lucia made our stay so easy and complete. They both are so kind and easy to contact, offering anything you may need. The apartment is clean, well equiped and with enough space. It has 2 rooms, one with Big bed in the middle which is perfect for two people, the other room has a bed for 2 small people as 2 average man do not fit in the matress. Location is great!
