    Nothing

Very clean, spacious appartment, there is everything you might need. Mrs. Marta is so nice and helpful. Apartment is near to the beach, very good place, just a little bit noisy street, but it absolutely never mind us, we enjoyed the stay a lot.

The appartment is right next to the main road so there is quite a lot of noise, mainly from motorbikes and trucks. But you can stand it.

Very nice, clean, comfortable, excellently equipped accommodation in an area not full of foreign tourists. Spacious rooms, large bathroom, kitchen that meets all needs. The apartment has a stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) and all the necessary accessories for each machine, more than enough for a week. The beach is also relatively close (800 m), this part of the beach is used almost exclusively by locals. There is an excellent, not too expensive restaurant in the building next door, where we ate very delicious food on two occassions. Everything is easily accessible from here by car and there are good cycling opportunities in the area. There is also a bike rental two or three houses away. Unfortunately, the host only speaks Italian but we communicated easily in writing. She was always extremely quick and helpful. The apartment has two parking spaces in the basement parking lot, so bikes can be stored easily and safely.

Loved this two-bedroom apartment--very comfortable and good location. My daughter and I stayed there the weekend to briefly tour Venice before our cruise departed. Location is on a peninsula called Cavallino-Treporti, with a main thoroughfare (Via Fausta) going the length of it. There are rural and commercial areas off of Via Fausta; this apartment is above a pharmacy, with a wonderful bakery (perfect for breakfast!) and very good pizzeria next door. The city bus picks up right in front of the apartment and can take you to Punto Sabbioni, where you can grab a bite to eat and take a waterbus to Venice, Lido, Murano, etc. By way of reference, I think the apartment is the 18th stop from Punto Sabbioni (stops aren't very far apart); be aware that the city buses were very crowded. I was told we could take the bus to the airport (with a few changes on the way), but I can't imagine taking all of our luggage on the city bus given the crowds we experienced. Airport taxi was about $110 US, one-way. The apartment has really great storage, comfortable beds and linens, and a nicely-equipped kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches from the owner, Marta, who was so kind. We neglected to get euros before leaving the airport, and she very graciously ran us to a nearby bank ATM after meeting us at the apartment to let us in. Marta does not speak much English, but her teen son does, and between him and translation apps, we were able to communicate just fine. She helped us so much with sorting out transportation options. Staying there was a wonderful way to start our European adventure. Thanks, Marta!!
